Situated in a quiet neighbourhood and surrounded by other quality homes, this recently refurbished home is only a 10 minute walk to the beach, close to Splash Town and local cafes. There is plenty of off street parking and also vehicle access to the fully enclosed backyard for a boat or caravan. A boat ramp, golf courses, beaches and jetties are all close by. There is more than meets the eye, from the front appears like a humble shack. Your family will be close to the beach (3 minute walk) playgrounds and Splash Town when you stay at this centrally located place. Up to date finishes with a large outdoor area. Pet friendly with a kennel available. Has been partially renovated, so there are still some things that need to be fixed! However the location is fantastic
