What a gem! We had an amazing couple of days at Villa Views. We felt right at home. We were spoilt with amazing views in a beautiful property. Everything was pristine and comfortable. The extra special touches of fresh plant cuttings, treats in the fridge and the delivery of playing cards (thanks Tony) were great. A great location to base yourself to drive to to many different walks, to visits to the art and craft villages. Would highly recommend staying. Thanks Libby and Tony

My wife and I had the most amazing stay at Dieter and Gina’s place. It had all the facilities and amenities we needed. We wish to stay there again.

My friends and I had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was just a short walk to the beach, which made it the perfect spot for our trip. The hosts were friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication easy. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again!

The house was exactly as described and very clean. Alison and team were great hosts, and flexible with the late check in. Alison’s team even have us discount vouchers for Australia Zoo! Highly recommended.

Fantastic place, really well kitted out with everything we might have needed and more. Clean and comfortable with multiple out door areas and even a cool breakfast bar. Just around the corner from the beach, bars, restaurants and cafes. Love Mudjimba , it has a great Aussie beach vibe.

This is one of the most well equipped and welcoming Airbnbs I've ever stayed in. Everything has been thought of and generously provided. Communication was very responsive. In terms of my 2 dogs, it could not have been better. I was able to relax knowing they were safe and comfortable and not seen as an annoyance. Far exceeded any other place I've stayed from that point of view. The supermarkets and shops are a short drive and the dog beach is fabulous but not particularly walkable. You'd need to drive. Probably need to drive to the beach as it's nor that close. Might be difficult to park in the summer though. The beach is patrolled though which is important as it could get quite rough. I would strongly recommend this Airbnb and would return without hesitation.

We had a great stay. It was very convenient that the kids could play in the sand, which they loved. The location is excellent. Cafe on the corner and easy walk to the main beach, restaurants and wharf. It was spotless and organised and we felt more relaxed as soon we arrived. Rachel was really responsive which I appreciated. We would stay here again .

This holiday home is quality all the way. Styling is absolutely gorgeous, the photos are true to what it displays. Their attention to detail is next level (no need to bring bath toys for the kids and games galore!). Pool was fabulous and the surrounding area is so lush and peaceful. Walking distance to a Cafe with great coffee & delicious food. Outstanding boardwalks, close to the beach and seriously the list goes on!! Communication is excellent & any issues were dealt with immediately and beautifully. There are so many amazing features…you need to experience this home with family and friends! 😍🥰

Secluded, clean & well-equipped. Kangaroos, cockatoos & kookaburras in the back yard on daily basis. Easy to find. Helpful hosts. You will be enjoying your stay!

Absolutely amazing place to stay, the house was so clean and private with such an incredible view. Everything you need close by and Kayla was so friendly and quick to respond with anything we asked. Would recommend for anyone, whether you have a large group or just a couple that wants to spoil themselves in the hill tops. Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and we particularly enjoyed the various outdoor spaces to sit and relax. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy the perfect location within an easy 5 min walk to the beach. The beach was nice and quiet compared to other beaches in area. Would definitely stay again for a special occasion.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. It’s in a beautiful quiet spot, with everything we needed for our stay. The kids favourite part was the golf cart! We would stay here again next time we come to the area, we found it a much more enjoyable stay compared to booking a hotel.

Absolutely incredible. We can’t wait to come back. Every little thing was thought of from the robes, the fire place, the heated pool, Brekky basket with fresh local produce and the amazing croissants delivered each morning. This is a lovely, well-equipped villa with beautiful ocean views. We enjoyed exploring the Coolum Beach area and viewing migrating whales from the patio.

Had an amazing time here, the house is huge and is great for a large group or for a couple of families. The house is setup with an array of great supplies like kids toys, board games and kitchen utensils/ appliances which made our stay easy and comfortable. The location is great, can easily walk to the beach, it’s a nice quiet street (definitely be extra courteous to the neighbour on the left, when you’re looking at the house). We had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again.

Absolutely loved staying at essence! Easily the most beautiful and relaxing airbnb stay I’ve had. Staff at front desk were amazing - super friendly, and very accommodating as we had a little trouble with traffic on our way. The place was exactly the same as the listing, in terms of photos and amenities. Such a lovely spot, with restaurants and shops being easily accessible. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again if travelling near Peregian Beach/ Noosa! Thank you SO much Essence. We had a great time!

Our stay at Holiday House 7 at Essence Peregian Beach over Christmas was exceptional! We loved the location, loved the pools and the house was fabulous. Only thing was a lack of basic pantry items (salt and pepper, oil and baking paper etc.) which would have been ideal. Otherwise we had a wonderful time at a great holiday house, we will be back again in the future and would recommend to others.

A little piece of paradise! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Bo's beautifully furnished 4-bedroom villa in Coolum Beach. The property is a true gem—spacious, super clean, and tastefully decorated. Waking up to the ocean view was a dream, and we loved having our morning coffee on either the main balcony or the private one off the master bedroom. The kitchen is a standout feature—huge and fully equipped, perfect for anyone who loves to cook. The villa feels secluded and peaceful, yet it’s only a short 10-minute drive to beachside restaurants, supermarkets, and Dan Murphy’s. Bo was a fantastic host—very helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back!
