Lake house vacation rentals in Moogerah

Perfect stay for Australia Day weekend. House is the perfect size for two families with plenty of room. Would love to come back in winter to use the fire place inside. Thanks for a fantastic house Lindy!

This was a really nice home. Great for our family with two young kids. Communication was excellent and clear. We even forgot to ask about a cot but Darren got one sorted within hours of our arrival.

Love Uki. Loved the location and the house. The coffee shop on the main road is one to visit. Dinner at the hotel was great. The accommodation is excellent, large open plan living and dining room with and excellent deck overlooking the river. We had an excellent stay - thank you.

There were 3 couples and a baby on our trip, and Leannas place was absolutely perfect for what we needed. All the bedrooms were spacious, with comfy beds, and amazing linen. Some airbnb houses can feel staged (they look good but don't function), but not this one, we felt right at home with everything clean and in good order. Large kitchen had everything we needed and within walking distance to everything. Can't fault this place and would come back again and again, I didn't even miss my comfy bed!!! (One word of advice- light sleepers just bring ear plugs- the unit is on a busy road, but worth it in every other way I promise!)

Loved everything about this house. We were a family of 8 and there was plenty of space for us without feeling like we were on top of each other. Pool was lovely and the view from the deck was gorgeous. Great location within easy walking distance of the cafes, shops and beaches. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and definitely would recommend it.

We had the most wonderful stay at Peter's property. We went for the Bluesfest but found it difficult to drag ourselves away from the serenity of the deck and river. Surrounded by a stunning and private garden, the flat had everything we needed for our 5 day stay, where we self catered breakfast out on the deck each morning and wandered down the road to the local bar, the Salty Mangrove, for lunch and dinner on different days. Our hosts were a fascinating couple who both allowed us privacy and space, while also being great for a chat and local recommendations. Two minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the local shop and bar, you can park your car and spend the weekend exploring the local sights and beaches on foot. We could not recommend this property more highly, what a treasure. Thank you both for such a wonderful stay.

Easy access to flowing stream with secluded water holes excellent for swimming. Abundant green space to recreate. Campfire or jacuzzi under the stars. Nice open kitchen with dining for entertaining and plenty of room for privacy and relaxing. Comfortable beds to recharge and reset. Very friendly and customer centric host. Love the nice touch to help yourself to herb garden and citrus trees. A great family getaway

This is the second time we have stayed at Sheerwater. The home is just 'amazing' (better than the photos!) and John is a great host. Easy to communicate with, and clear with all instructions. We will be back again next year!

Kellie’s place is just beautiful. So family friendly being single level, our dog had an amazing time being able to run around the whole outside of the house. Master bedroom is huge! The place is full of extra items you don’t even expect such as hand weights, yoga mats, kids table and colouring in. The pool was nice and big, we did laps everyday. Will be coming back with my fam if we visit Byron again.

We stayed here over Christmas and had a great stay. Daniel was a perfect host, providing clear instruction and a spotless ‘home away from home’. The location was perfect as it was a short walk from Lake Ainsworth, the dog beach and town, we only used the car to stock up our groceries. Highly recommend Daniel’s place for anyone travelling to Lennox with family or dogs. We’d love to return!

We have stayed in a number of Airbnbs recently, Jason’s place by far has been the best! Really lovely house, well presented, felt right at home instantly. Great location. Well equipped with everything we needed, easy check in and out also! Jason was a fantastic host, we will definitely be back and highly recommend Jason and his beautiful home.

Natalie’s place is lovely - the pics don’t do it justice! It’s spacious and comfy, with a gorgeous backyard and pool. It was easy to find and a short walk from cafes and the Sunday market out the back gate. We stayed here for Bluesfest and it was a great place to relax after long days at the festival. The place was clean when we arrived and a welcome bottle of Prosecco was a nice touch :)

Spectacular location! Access to your own creek for swims and relaxation. Quite central to the Byron Bay Area which we explored everyday. The third room was a bit pokey with 2 small single beds but the 2 main bedrooms were amazing! Kitchen was fully kitted out and loved the Breville coffee machine as a touch of luxury! An espresso in the mornings on the verandah overlooking the creek was a favourite thing to do for me! We will be back!

The place was great for a relaxing weekend. Lots of shops and restaurants a short drive away, and there was lots to enjoy on the property. The owner was very helpful and accomodating. Would definitely go back again.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The location was beautiful and even nicer in person, so very welcoming and homely. The stay has all the ammenities you need, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious and comfy lounge, stunning bathroom as well as spa and pool to top it all off. Couldn't be happier with my choice to stay here.

Perfect stay close to Burleigh (with car) if you have a big family and need lots of room! We only stayed one night but imagine this would be ideal for lots of room and kiddies. We were happy with it :)

Coleen’s place is beautiful, my dream home! We stayed here for the weekend to celebrate our 10th years anniversary and Coleen got us an hamper with snacks and Prosecco, it was a very nice gesture! I loved having a glass of wine on the backyard looking at the water and the complete privacy of the swimming pool in the front yard. The place is spotless clean and very welcoming. We will be back, thanks Coleen! 😊

Danielle’s home was as advertised with everything you need for a very relaxed and enjoyable stay. The home was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and nice to wake up looking at the water. Danielle was a very responsive host providing detailed instructions. Home had plenty of room for a family to enjoy all it had to offer, a pool, playground next door with a beautiful canal view. Walking distance to Broadbeach, Pacific Fair and the metro. I would highly recommend staying at Danielle’s place.
