Close to the University Hospital and major roads. 20-minute walk to the beach. It's a base for budget travelers waiting for comfort and practicality. Public parking for the "Francis Nicole" swimming pool, 100 m away.

By car, 5 minutes from the site of Grand Anse and 15 minutes from St Pierre, capital of the South where takes place every Saturday morning the most beautiful market of the island.
