Access is via an external staircase leading to a terrace overlooking the private garden with views of St Denis Church. The apartment has on the 1st floor a spacious living room with a dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen, a living room equipped with a wood stove, a shower room & separate toilet. An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

Our farm is located in the heart of the beautiful green and hilly Pays de Bray. Our farm surrounds the 5 houses and the chapel of Mothois with organic orchards and fields where you will see our sheeps, a river, many trees, and a very rich fauna and flora. At the house, you will enjoy a very open view on this nature from the large deck and private garden, and from all of the windows inside.

On the second floor of this building, I have preserved the spirit of the house in a modern atmosphere mixing design, industrial, flea market and art. The room, attic, exposed beams is above part of the house. You can enjoy the garden behind the house. Gisors, 4 km away, where you will find: shops, supermarkets, restaurants. I have a garage to store bicycles.
