The outbuilding is located at the bottom of our garden. In a quiet area. Located 10 minutes by car from Lyons-la-Forêt. The location of the village offers you beautiful walks, a bakery, a flea market, a very good restaurant and all of this is within walking distance! The proximity to the Seine Maritime offers a wide range of visits! Please note that the outbuilding is not equipped with a kitchen, but you will find a microwave and refrigerator. Bed and bath linen is provided.

Charming accommodation in the old school of Martagny. A small peaceful village on the edge of the forest near Lyons-la-Forêt. On the second floor of this building, I have preserved the spirit of the house in a modern atmosphere mixing design, industrial, flea market and art. On the ground floor, a wine cellar offers nice little dinners and welcomes you on Friday and Saturday nights.
