House vacation rentals in Monticello

Stayed here for the weekend with a couple of friends. Place was absolutely beautiful and would definitely come again.

My girlfriend and I stayed in Jonathan’s home for our Valentine’s Day weekend. The house was beautiful and the views were amazing. Jonathan checked in on us to see if we had everything we needed and recommend local restaurants and places to visit he even gave us the time we should wake up to enjoy the sunrise which we did. All in all the trip was a 10/10 and we can’t wait to return!

The house met all expectations everything is stylishly done, and the host is incredibly responsive and helpful 🤍

I spent my birthday at this beautiful house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless and full of natural light, with lovely views that made the stay even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and clean, and the house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. We enjoyed our stay at Edwin's house. It was well appointed and clean. Edwin was very responsive to any questions we had. The hot tub and fire pit were a hit with our family. Thanks for being a great host!

Heather was very interactive with my stay and gives very clear instructions! The house is exactly as described and photoed! Fun activities to do at home and very clean! Plenty of space in the house with a great kitchen! Definitely would stay again and recommend to friends/family!

We had the best weekend at the house with our two young children and dog. We loved the house, we loved exploring the property and close by water. We couldn't be closer to town. I can't wait to go back again!

We loved our stay at Avtar’s and Sam’s place. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, and had great recommendations for things nearby. The home is extremely well decorated and had all the amenities we were looking for (hot tub, sauna, and plenty of space to lounge and hang out). Perfect for our extended upstate vacation!

A beautiful location, stunning views, extremely clean house, fully stocked very large kitchen, very comfortable beds, so much room......everything you need for a perfect relaxing stay is right here.

I am in two minds about what to write in this review. On one hand, this property is truly mind blowing. It has been designed beautifully indoors and there is so much attention to detail. And then, the view…I’ve traveled a lot and the view blew my mind. On the other hand, I’m not sure I want too many other people to know about this gem..because I want to come back. And I am hoping this review doesn’t make that more difficult.

What a great stay for me and my family. The house is spacious and convenient to Bethel Woods. A wonderful retreat in the Catskills. EV charging is a huge amenity. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was one of the cleanest airbnb homes we've stayed in. The entire family enjoyed it. The host were always kind and responsive when we needed assistance. We would love to stay again in the future.

I've been traveling a ton for work and wanted a tranquil place on the lake for my kids (age 17 and 8) and I to relax and play games together. We enjoyed this home immensely. We cooked together, played in the snow, and locked into the most epic game of Monopoly ever. They are already asking when we can go back. 10/10 I highly recommend.

Stayed 3 days with my husband, 2 teens and dog. We had a fabulous stay! I can’t say enough good things about this rental. Private & secluded but close to town. Extremely clean, comfortable beds. Lots of space for our dog to run. We enjoyed beautiful views with a rainbow one day and loved the fire pit. We’ve stayed in many Airbnb rentals and this might very well be our favorite one. Friendly and communicative hosts, thoughtfully planned living spaces indoors and outdoors. This is an old farmhouse that has been fully renovated updated with very comfortable amenities, and there is still a sense of the historic charm on this beautiful property. Directly across the road is a forest with the sound of a running brook, and a wraparound deck and backyard that make this a really nice place for a family vacation - and can accommodate a big family :)

We had such a relaxing weekend in the cabin. Highly recommend for a quick getaway from the hustle and bustle! Everything was as described and any questions were quickly answered. Overall a wonderful place to stay :)

We had an amazing weekend in the Catskills thanks to The Nest at Swiss. We brought five kids and 5 adults and we had the greatest time. Plenty of room to spread out while also a ton to do. We watched movies, played cards, made pop corn, built fires, smoked meat, went fishing, kayaking, played endless games of manhunt and monopoly. The Nest was set up for everything. We really enjoyed the short walks into Jeffersonville and hanging out on the decks. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect for Memorial Day weekend it did not matter to us. The Nest is also really close to Bethel Woods and we took him to concert on Saturday night super convenient location. The house was fully stocked and had everything we can think of. Well done Matthew!

We stayed at Grandma’s Cottage for my wife’s birthday, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Originally, we had booked another place, but due to some last-minute issues, we were re-booked here—and honestly, it felt like fate. From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the cozy, vintage vibe of the house. It’s like stepping into a charming time capsule, with antiques everywhere—record players, an old stove, typewriter, beautiful paintings, unique clocks, and mini art sculptures. Each piece adds so much character! Sheldon (our host) was amazing. Despite the short notice, he kindly accommodated our booking and even stopped by personally to ensure everything was perfect for us. That extra effort meant so much. We’ll definitely be coming back here!

Hunter House is a great place to stay! Loved that we all had our own bedroom and my husband and I had our own en-suite bathroom. The kitchen was great! We ate almost every meal at the house. The game room was lots of fun as well as all the games there were to play. We especially liked the hot tub! Loved all the hunter house details - blankets, cups, etc. Host was super responsive and helpful!

Yanna’s home was lovely the perfect place for a weekend retreat just outside the city! The home was tidy, had a fully stocked kitchen, and boasted gorgeous views of swan lake right from the backyard deck! 10/10 recommend for those who enjoy kayaking given the accessibility right from the backyard!

We loved staying at Wendy’s place. It was a perfect combination of fun for the little kids with Legoland close by; and a component of adventure with the Neversink Trail close by. At the home we enjoyed the basement with games and sauna and jacuzzi. There is something for everyone!
