No complaints about Jean-Marie's place which matches the listing in every way. One night stay with friends to break up the trip. Small touches for us on arrival and coffee pods as well as cakes available for breakfast the next day. Really nothing to complain about.

We had a really pleasant family Christmas stay at the Champenoise farm! The living room by the fireplace, the large New Year's Eve table around the stove (the kitchen opens into its extension), the foosball, the pool table, the sauna, the board games, the long walks in the surrounding countryside, there was something to delight all generations! The hospitality of Jean-Yves (and Caroline!) was perfect! For the summer, the house also has a large garden. Just thirty kilometers from Provins; ideal for a getaway! I highly recommend it!

We stayed at Nathalie’s place for my aunt’s 70th birthday and we loved it. The house was just as described, had everything we needed and was very comfortable for 5 adults. It is ideally located for exploring the wider area. Nathalie was a good host, she popped by to say hello after we checked in and before we left to make sure everything was ok.

15 people stayed for 14 nights and had a really comfortable and enjoyable time. The kids played table tennis, went to the jacuzzi, and worked out on the treadmill, and the adults enjoyed the sun and played. Everything was perfect. Above all, Annabelle was really kind and I was touched by her willingness to help us in any way she could. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that in the afternoon, the sun shone directly into the living room, making it very hot. It would have been better if there were curtains or an awning.

We shared a great time with our 4 children from 23 to 7 years old everyone found their little wonder . We played the games , watched cartoons with the projector (as in the cinema for my little one ) . All the little details are wonderful . A big congratulations and a big thank you for this moment of magic before our Disney stay very close . We will keep the address for a future stay.

We had the perfect stay for our family get away. Photos do not do this place justice, it is modern, specious and peaceful hideaway in a lovely little village. We especially enjoyed our morning trip to the local bakery each day for our freshly baked bread and to choose from the selection of cakes. It was ideal for our trip to Disneyland Paris as it was an easy 15 minute drive away and we loved the themed rooms, our daughter especially enjoyed the selection of soft toys around the place. Sabine was a brilliant host, she greeted us on arrival and gave us tips for the local area. We highly recommend this place and would love to return for another stay soon!
