Le Passage - pleasant village house

The accommodation is located in a village on the banks of the Noxe and in the middle of champagne vineyards, 20 km from the medieval city of Provins, 15 km from Nogent sur Seine and its museum Camille Claudel, 60 km from Troyes (city center with half-timbered houses and factory shops), 70 km from the lakes of the forest of the Orient, and 60 km from Epernay with its champagne cellars and 1 hour from Disneyland Paris. On site you will find a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, pump track, pharmacy, Friday market, etc.

Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Small duplex in the city center

Nogent sur Seine is a town in the Aube (10), located 20 km from Provins and 100 km from Paris. This small, warm and cozy duplex is located on the 1st floor near the church in Nogent sur Seine. Renovated, it remains a stigma of his old life, the stairs are very narrow and steep, and the steps are short. It was still renovated by Maytop (Lépine contest), who secured it thanks to nuts of non-slip steps. However, I do not recommend it to children.

Welcome to our cozy studio, perfect for a countryside getaway! Perfect for a couple (possibility with a baby), a single person or a business traveler. This furnished accommodation has a sleeping area with double bed (cot available on request), living area, equipped kitchen and bathroom. Located 15 min from Provins (UNESCO World Heritage Site), 10 min from the Nogent-sur-Seine nuclear power plant and 1 hour from Paris.

The Little Redwood House

Small detached house with garden and fireplace, located in the countryside on the edge of the forest in a small, very quiet hamlet with little traffic. Walks in the forest accessible directly from the house, without needing to take the car. Bikes are available on request free of charge on request in advance. Possibility of having a rustic breakfast for an additional fee, to be specified at the time of booking.

Cozy and warm house, located in the center of the village. On the ground floor: a dining room, a fitted kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, perfect for evenings by the fire. Upstairs, a bathroom, two large spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 single beds, the other with 1 double bed. Outside, a terrace and a garden for you to relax in, not overlooked.

Our house has all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The interior is spacious and nicely decorated. The living room is the perfect place to relax with a book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including an induction stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.
