This 5-star retreat is unique and gorgeous. The accommodations are charming and comfortable, and set in a stunning natural landscape of red rock formations. Trees are all over the property, along with a creek, and so many hiking trails. There is an incredible quiet about the place. Sometimes the only sound is a birdsong, or absolutely nothing at all. “Super Host” Mark is really a Super Host! He’s thoughtful, friendly, and a dedicated steward of this special property. There are books, games, a great kitchen, and pretty much every creature comfort imaginable. Who knew a vintage Airstream is so spacious? The bed was super comfortable and the retro theme extended to our pink flamingo sheets, lol! So many touches like that, lots of soul and personality. The bathroom is clean, new, and nicely designed, with a great shower, fresh towels, and the same thoughtful, cute touches found throughout the bungalow. This Airbnb is "the total package" absolutely a winner. Love, love, loved it!

The photos do NOT do justice to the beauty of this location. There are literally thousands of archeological sites in the area and the central location is a dream, especially in the winter when it can get cold at night. You know those real estate photos that make a house look larger? Well, Lynn's photos make the place look smaller. Plenty of space for a couple with a convenient kitchen. The biggest attraction is the radiant in-floor heating in the bathroom. So nice to stand after a shower and feel the warmth moving up from the feet. Got a sense of the outdoors between the wide open space around the cabin where a buck was chasing females for hours one evening. Definitely a beauty and at an great price. Can't beat that.

The tiny home was perfect for my short stay. It was so peaceful sitting outside with my book and coffee. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked too. (Pro tip: there aren’t any blinds on the windows up where the bed is so block them with pillows/cushions if you want to sleep in).

Love this place! So private, such a view. Fire-pit overlooking mountains sitting on a perch. Such a treat to stay on a property this large, and to have it all to yourself. I'm a city dweller so this is very special to me. Dan was super helpful throughout. House was very well sorted out, all the things you need were there. Would definitely come again.

This house is very nice. Really well-stocked kitchen, well-decorated, and super clean. Great king size bed. Farm fresh eggs in the fridge are a great bonus! The host accurately described that the house is a duplex with an RV pad in back. Be aware that you may hear an occasional voice/noise from the adjacent unit if it's occupied, in addition to occasional noise if RVs are being removed or parked in back. The last quarter-mile dirt road to the house is a little rough, so drive slowly (especially if you get in after dark!). If I'm in the area I would stay here again.

The pictures online don’t do it justice. It is very spacious for a family of 7. We wish we could take the house with us to our hometown. Cami thought of everything you could need with very clear instructions of where things are at. We had everything we needed to cook meals including basic condiments and seasonings. The kids were entertained with the outdoor and indoor games - we weren’t expecting all of the outdoor stuff so they were a great surprise that we all enjoyed a lot. We felt right at home and hope to go back again because we loved it so much. The best part was the location - it was so peaceful and great for stargazing at night, and close to landmarks to visit and explore.

Great stay and fantastic host! We made a last minute, morning-of reservation due to travel changes and Cole was there to accommodate. Very proactive in communication. The house is easy to get to and very close to Cortez and its amenities, as well as easy access to the highways while still in a nice quiet area. Appreciated the closed gate/fence for my dog to go off leash. The unit was very clean and well laid out. We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and tidy. The location was very quiet and peaceful yet very accessible to the local shops and restaurants, and an excellent jumping off point for visiting nearby sights like the national park. Recommended.

I think this was probably the best AirBnB we’ve stayed in. Everything was absolutely perfect. Beds are firm memory foam. Kitchen was very well stocked. The house was so nice and extremely clean. Everything inside and out was absolutely gorgeous. I can’t think of a single thing to complain about. 100/10

What a great stay! I have recently started traveling more with my dogs and always get a little nervous knowing how they will settle into a new place but Dana's place was so cozy, we ALL felt right at home. Close to Mesa Verde NP and Durango. Great mountain views. Would absolutely stay here again.

This amazing home was wonderfully comfortable and immaculately clean! Everything you need to have a great stay in the charming town of Dolores is on offer at this house. The delightfully comfortable beds, sofa’s, and dining areas made for a very enjoyable visit. The thermostat controlling with gas fireplace for heat was charming and gave the house a cozy, eclectic vibe that we sure found welcoming. Hope to stay here again in the future!

This Air BnB is as listed and as the other reviews have shared - really cool, cozy, and neat. The hosts were lovely and kind and we were happy to meet them and their family as their house is right on the property. My kids were playing football and cornhole outside. despite several bed options, we all crammed into the beds on the loft to have the star view at night. It was beautiful to see and we enjoyed seeing their ducks too. We just stayed one night, but it was a really nice place to unwind and we would recommend it.

This is the second time we've stayed at the Bunker. This stay was a longer one to get out of the Phoenix heat. The accommodations are perfect and Susan is as friendly as she is responsive. The place is laid out very efficiently for long term stays, and it's awesome that it's equipped with a washer and dryer. There's also nice quality cotton bedding, which made sleeping quite cozy. The kitchen is well stocked, so we didn't have any problem cooking our meals during our longer stay. The property backs up to the Canyon of the Ancients for morning hikes, which beautiful and inspiring. We will definitely return.

Beautiful working sheep and cattle ranch. Views are spectacular. The inside as fantastic with antiques, two beds, nice carpeting and ranch feel. Dogs and horse are so friendly and hosts were so gracious. Close to Crow Canyon Archaeological Center and Mountain Ute Casino . Cortez has great restaurants and friendly atmosphere with Farmers Market and interesting stores. Makes for a wonderful trip in beautiful Southwest Colorado.
