Perfect unit for a couple's getaway. Apartment has been totally renovated and is located on a 5 acre farm. The property has all year round cool breeze with private parking. NO SMOKING, second Floor House, normal City urban noise, enjoy easy access to mayor highways, walking distance and Uber or Taxi from this centrally located place, 5 min. to Airport Mercedita. A/C for all the house. You have two security entrance gates. Balcony with hammock and fence yard for dogs. Smart TVs, no Wifi, you can use your hot spot for them. You can shop at Plaza Caribe Mall and see so many Tourists Attractions. Centric near highway, Hospital, gas stations, pharmacy, Walmart, etc.

A great place to stay; unique, modern, pretty and clean. It’s recommended for anyone: workers, college students and people looking to relax. It’s close to everything even the airport. It includes a basketball court, running park, 2 tennis courts and a soccer field right in front of the house. Less than 5 minutes from the main mall, museums, downtown and hotels. It’s five minutes away from the historic district of the town. Private bathroom and self check in. We have solar panel a plus.
