I would like to congratulate Mr. Vanderval for excellent service during my stay and my family . Everyone loved the apartment . Attention and cordiality were impeccable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. In addition, the apartment is wonderful, super well-equipped and in an excellent location. We will definitely go back and recommend it to everyone!

The apartment is excellent! Airy, bright, good workmanship, good furniture, cabinets, kitchen utensils, all quality and good taste. There is a delicious balcony in the room, which receives a delicious sun in the morning, a great place for a reading or a meditation. The location is also great, the neighborhood is quiet and quiet, a few minutes walk from Av. Cula Mangabeira (which has a supermarket and Shopping Montes Claros, with good shops and restaurants), and Raul Corrêa Street (which has bakeries, gyms, bars and restaurants). But the best thing about the stay is the host. Happiness is a considerate, intelligent, generous person, a very well regarded journalist and loved throughout the city. I was lucky enough to go to a solemnity in which Happiness was honored with a trophy and I could see how much she is admired in Montes Claros. I feel very lucky and grateful to Happiness!

Aguinaldo was helpful, responded promptly, check in and check out calm and flexible. The rooms are well-lit and the apartment is well ventilated. It has all the announced utilities, accommodated 3 people well during our short stay. The location is great, safe, central, close to several restaurants, bars, pharmacies, health services. I recommend it!
