Great 2nd floor mini studio apartment with ocean views, a comfy bed, and lots of light. Property is right on the beach. Owners/hosts are very responsive and friendly and there are lots of places to eat nearby.

Don Walter, (the guardian) doña Paty (The lady who cleans the house and who cooks for an additional fee) and Mizxi, (the daughter of Doña Paty) cook for a daily fee, they are very friendly and respectful. Mizxi, excellent cook. Everything that made us eat was very tasty. my family and I will book this house again when we come back to visit Guatemala. 100%+ recommended beach house.

A very spacious property, conveniently located, in a quiet place. The service provided by Jilder and his team is excellent, the house has all the amenities you are looking for in a place next to the beach, you practically feel at home. Local problems with the power but the house has a generator.

The place is spectacular, the villa is very comfortable, only the wooden furniture needs fixing, and complete the minimum dining room with 8 chairs, otherwise it is well equipped with everything you need. Very good lodging option, there are many areas to spend it. And Lucy is very kind!

This is the second time we have all the family and we love the house, because of what it offers and how well located it is. Kids love the pool as it has a space for kids. Surely we will be back for the next vacation or sooner.

Lucrecia was very wellcoming and helpfull. She responded promptly to our questions and made our stay in Chulamar incredibly pleasant. The appartment is very spacious and private. The pool was very clean and the beach in front of the ressort was very clean as well. The walkway to the beach and the decks in front of the ocean were nice ammenities. Aracelly, the receptionist, went out of her way to get what we were in need of.

The house was very beautiful and clean. The view of the ocean was amazing The whole house was beautiful and just very spotless!! easy to get to and easy access!! and definitely worth the stay looked exactly like the pictures!! i highly recommend this home!!
