The area is very calm and quiet with beautiful surroundings nearby. Stay was very nice and we enjoyed it very well. Everything was similar as we saw the pictures when we were booking. Clean and tidy and well maintained. We recommend this place as it’s a nice place to book again.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were absolutely lovely, kind, and very welcoming. The space was aesthetically pleasing, and our room was cozy and spotless. They thoughtfully provided heating blankets, which made all the difference in the cold weather. We slept very comfortably with our baby. The backyard was beautiful, offering plenty of space for him to play. It truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was equipped with high-quality appliances, including an air fryer, electric kettle, and a great fridge—everything we needed to feel comfortable. One of the best surprises was the inclusion of a hair straightener, curler, and dryer, which made getting ready to go out so convenient. They really thought of everything—even leaving a stuffed toy on the bed for our baby and a heater to keep the room warm. We can’t recommend this place highly enough! Best part- beach is near making mornings even better !

Laura was friendly from the word go & responded quickly to my questions & very helpful. She seemed to ‘mind read’ as every time we discussed how we were going to full gap between leaving elsewhere & get to Laura’s or needed late checkout, up would pop an offer to have a late checkout or early arrival! ( between my 2 stays this was so gratefully received). My partner said: out of 7 weeks travelling in 3 countries & untold beds Laura’s Ramsgate Retreat had the most comfortable bed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Laura’s lovely place anytime and we, if circumstances dictate wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Thank you Laura
