This is precisely what we want to offer guests: a large and comfortable home without sacrifices. 350 meters from the railway station, 500 meters from the city center and 300 meters from the sea (Lungomare Nord-Cristoforo Colombo). Excellent sea view. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and a large dedicated workspace. Unless otherwise agreed upon prior to booking for special needs, in the case of no more than 2 guests, one bedroom will be closed.

Farmhouse with pool by the Adriatic coast

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.
