Roberta's place was a tranquil paradise. High in the Umbrian hills, the property boasts views across the Italian countryside that would rival any. The house itself is uniquely Italian, oozing charm throughout every room. The property is spacious and welcoming, and although surrounded by a few neighboring homes, you feel at ease knowing you could rely on any of them for anything, if needed. Upon arrival you are greeted by the wonderful Adriana, who leads you to the property and gives you a full tour of everything. Despite knowing very little English, her enthusiasm and hospitality encourages understanding in everything she says; what a gem! The house extremely clean and well-stocked with all the essentials. We made the most of the wonderful restaurants close by, with both Roberta & Adriana providing us with great recommendations - even suggesting we mention them by name upon arrival! Overall, despite being fairly remote in the Umbrian hills, this property is absolutely worth the trip.

A perfect place for travelers with a car. Entrance through an electric gate to a large and well-maintained yard. Pampering and clean pool. The hosts are super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend and will definitely go back there.

Andrea was very attentive to everything. Although we don't know Italian, he was attentive and made an effort to understand us. Recommended. Everything was very clean. Very nice place. If I visit Europe again, I would stay at this place again

The perfect place near Rome.

This villa is extra special! The property is huge and elegant, everything you would ever expect from a 5 star property. Put that together with an amazing host like Luigia and you have the perfect vacation spot! We felt at home there and would love to return again. It's a short ride to Rome and a great getaway from the busy city. The view of the nearby town is also amazing! We are grateful to our generous hosts for their hospitality and kindness. This is a rare find!

It was a joy and a privilege to stay in this beautiful home. It is rare to have the opportunity to spend time in such a special place. Everything was perfect and so comfortable. Mario and Diana have decorated the house exquisitely, there is something wonderful to see in every room. It’s like having a boutique hotel all to yourselves! The setting is peaceful, very private and we slept so well. We received a very warm welcome from Mario at check-in, helpful information and a lots of lovely food and wine. We took Ubers into the city which was very convenient, and quick. A highlight of our trip was the Vivaldi concert at St Paul’s Church within the walls, which is on Monday evenings. We highly recommend Chalet Marmont, we loved every moment and we hope to return soon!

I was at Casone for my graduation party and it was the best choice I could make. Lorenzo was kind and super helpful in meeting my requests. Excellent accommodation for the customization of the stay, therefore. The house also offers everything you need to organize large tables as it has a kitchen with attached dishes that could serve a restaurant not even so small. dozens of board games and a foosball game have animated the evening. impeccable cleanliness. i will definitely be back

Francesca and Vittorio's house is a paradise just a few kilometers from Rome The interior is taken care of in every detail, especially the master room,magnificent covered veranda where we enjoyed unforgettable breakfasts, outside with a crazy pool,you will feel like you are in the London countryside. The kitchen is a dream , super equipped , the outward view at sunset will make you forget everything! Recommended for those who love the countryside and nature, the dog Elisabetta has kept us company for the duration of our stay, flexible check-in, friendly hosts! thanks for everything. We were a group of 14 people and it was perfect for all of us ! Near to the metro, it was really easy to move around Rome even if it is a bit far from the center. Maurizio is an excellent host, really welcoming and always here to respond to questions. The Villa is beautiful and perfect for big groups, there are a lot of modern equipments. We found Andrea’s villa a very welcoming family home. It really did feel like home from home. It was a wonderful place where we could relax as a family - whether it was reading a book, playing pool, table tennis, or chilling by the swimming pool. The salt water was new to us but we loved it and the depth of the pool was great for diving and jumping as well as swimming - the photos don’t do the pool justice. The pool area is beautifully situated on the property and at different times throughout the day parts are shaded which makes for comfortable swimming. Having the caretaker nearby was very reassuring. We rarely saw him, but he would be available if needed. We did a day trip to Rome and drove to Fidene ( parking was easy and free) and then caught the train into Roma Termini - 1 Euro per person - amazing value. Andrea was very easy to communicate with and we had a lovely stay there at the end of our holiday.

We absolutely loved our time here. The setting is amazing, the pool and adjoining soccer area are perfect and the pizza oven was a huge plus. The house has layer of character, history and family items from photos to books and art work. The Host was kind and attentive. We hope to return soon. Sharing the pool and common area with another family was a slight surprise but not an issue. This is a special place.

Everything from check in to check out went wonderfully in this beautifully renovated house. We enjoyed the beautiful pool that brought wonderful cooling during the warmer days. Ideal base to visit e.g. Rome and Tivoli and to relax in the countryside afterwards. The garden is heavenly and offers 100% privacy as the listing also described. We would love to come back! We stayed two families in the house with plenty of room for big and small. the terrace is worth highlighting with its beautiful view. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful garden at the front of the house with another nice terrace. The kitchen was more than fully equipped-there was everything you could want. Francesco and family were very friendly and helpful and were answered to all our questions very quickly. An absolutely lovely week in wonderful house and beautiful surroundings. The area has a lot to offer. There is ample opportunity for nature experiences just around the corner. restaurant and shopping about 3 km. We'd love to come back another time. We spent 9 days in Carla's amazing home and beautiful surroundings. The home is fully equipped and everything you need is present. The location of the house is indescribably beautiful. From the terrace you can enjoy breathtaking views over the valley and the surrounding mountains. The pool was clean and tidy, and perfectly met our needs. Carla was always reachable via phone and Airbnb messaging for any questions. Through this way I would like to thank Carla for this unforgettable holiday and the nice communication. The house with its large garden and private pool is a true slice of paradise. It’s the perfect place to relax and the surrounding villages, some of which are medieval hilltop towns, add a wonderful charm. The area above Poggio Catino also offers fantastic, well-maintained hiking spots, with lovely places to enjoy. My dog thoroughly inspected the fenced yard and couldn’t find any way to escape – excellent! The contact with Luisa and Gianfranco was very pleasant and they were extremely helpful. My favorite restaurant was Ristorante La Casina Nel Parco in Cantalupo In Sabina. I would gladly return, and I highly recommend this accommodation!

The villa is perfect and well located, in the countryside but not isolated. Three spacious bedrooms and an open plan kitchen creates perfect harmony in the villa. The space outside is spacious and well furnished. The well-maintained garden and swimming pool is fantastic. The two weeks we spent at the villa were amazing. The villa is 3 minutes by car from the village or 15 minutes by foot. Nicola and Veronica are super hosts and I highly recommend the villa. we'll definitely be back in the promised year.
