Imagine a cozy chalet, 1,200 m above sea level in the Serra da Mantiqueira, with exotic flowers and birds, fruit trees and waterfalls close to the place! The chalet accommodates a couple well and contains a living room with an integrated fireplace next to the kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a balcony with a deck and a beautiful view of Pedra Vermelha; inserted in a garden of Araucaria trees. Access: I recommend a 4X4 car

You will have the opportunity to enjoy a wooden chalet that offers many items for your comfort: sheets, towels, soap, bath salts, coffee maker, pots, electric stove, spices, microwave, minibar, hydro, fireplace with firewood, fan, books, games, TV with Netflix, towel rack and thermal sheet, parking, hammock, 2 tables, 2 complimentary espresso coffees and lots of peace. We have only 2 other cabins. All access is paved and is in an area of 1 acre with total tranquility. A find!

You will stay in a charming mountain chalet with views of the Rio do Peixe, where you can swim, go hiking, and enjoy nature. The chalet is private and located on the same property as our home. We are in São Francisco Xavier, 7 km from the town center, about a 10-minute drive. The town is part of the Serra da Mantiqueira Circuit, close to Monteiro Lobato and São Bento do Sapucaí.

For entertainment, the chalet features a 40-inch smart TV with access to Netflix and other streaming services. Firewood for the fireplace is sold separately.

We have friendly dogs, who are nearby for now. We are just 2 km from the city center and easy to access.

We are 1 km from downtown Monteiro Lobato. The chalet is on top of the mountain, it has a beautiful view: you can see the little town and the surrounding nature. It has a fireplace, reading space, balcony, private kitchen. Ideal for couples. On the farm where the cottage is located, there are 2 other houses for rent. We are in the countryside, but access with any popular car is easy, 5 minutes from the city and there is no dirt road.
