House exactly as described, fully equipped, Flávio is a top-notch guy. It was a very good stay. We will certainly return with more time to enjoy the space.

Second time my family and I have stayed and once again everything was perfect. Three days of great peace and tranquility surrounded by nature. The house's infrastructure is very good, the pool is perfect. Everything was good.

Great house, matches the photos in the listing. Clean bed linens, no dusty smell, and clean floors. The owner even bought and had a clothes rack delivered during our stay. I didn't use the pool because the weather was cold. The only issue was the location, as it is a bit far from the center. As I didn't have a car, I had to use app drivers to get to and from the place, but nothing that spoiled the experience of the guesthouse. I highly recommend it!

The place is beautiful, with surroundings that make you contemplate with pleasure and enjoy the peace. The house is excellent, it has everything a house needs to have and is very cozy. Everything was very well arranged and decorated with affection. The tap water is drinkable, the showers are good, the mattresses too. Ana Paula is a very nice person, interacts well and is quite calm. We really enjoyed staying at this place, we'll be back for sure.

If I had to sum up Cybele's house in one word, it would be: PERFECT! I went with my girlfriend and we had an exceptional experience. The house, which is already impressive in the photos, is even more beautiful in person: comfortable, super equipped and full of details that make a difference — kitchen utensils, blankets, pillows, toys and books that can be a differential for those with children. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to access to the center, ideal for resting and walking. The TV with Roku and various streaming services ensured good times at night. The sunset is beautiful! Cybele was always attentive and responded quickly, keeping us well informed, with great patience and attention. An important note: Some users are afraid to stay in homes with cameras, but although there are external cameras, she fulfilled exactly what she promised in the listing, leaving them turned away, which made us feel totally at ease. We'll be back soon!

We spent the weekend at Igor and his wife's residence, both very nice and friendly… Igor provided all the support and left us some “treats”. Very cozy house and much bigger than it really looks, I highly recommend the space !!! We'll be back soon.

Doraci was a great host, answered all questions, indicated places, gave tips and received us very well, not to mention the welcome chocolates. The place is exactly as in the pictures, easy and quick access to the center, we only drive away for longer tours and to go to Thermas, which is very close. My family loved it.

Thaís was very attentive from the first contact. Nuria (our pet) was super well received, we were very comfortable in the house. Very quiet place with easy access to nearby cities like Lindoia and Serra Negra. From the address to the center of Monte Sião we took 5 minutes by car, to Águas de Lindóia we took 16 minutes.

Luiz's house is super cozy, comfortable and ideal for families. When we arrived, it was impeccably clean, organized, fragrant and very well equipped. It's perfect for kids, with plenty of room to play. The playground and the court are very close, which makes it much easier for children to have fun safely and freely. In front of the house, there is a lake with beautiful ducks that make mornings even more special. It's a delight to have a coffee while enjoying the view. We spent delicious days as a family and we will certainly return, because we felt at home. Luiz was very helpful from the beginning of our stay, welcomed us with affection and left everything prepared very carefully. Besides, we need several indications, such as: pharmacies, restaurants and tours and Luiz is always quick and helps us. Whoever wants to, go and see it! Adilson and Alessandra were very proactive, gave us clear instructions on how to use the house. We were very well accommodated, the accommodation is about 5 minutes by car to the city center, very fast transportation and with a privileged location. Trade in the surroundings and both were available if we needed support. We only brought swimwear, even blankets and pillows were available.

We loved the house and the accommodations were perfect for us. The surroundings where the house is located is very quiet. We went to the Feast of Peão and the location of the house was excellent.

It was the second time we spent the Carnival in Águas de Lindóia at the home of Elisabete and again it was a very cool stay! Great location in the center and close to the establishments, we had no problems.

The house is better than the photos shown in the listing, ...it's big , comfortable ,clean , modern and had everything we needed, for four days we do not miss anything rsrs The condominium is large , with plenty of greenery, fruit trees, blocks and quite quiet, even though it is a New Year's. The entrance to the park is almost next door, by a pleasant and wooded area. Marcos always very cordial and requested, always catered to me quickly with very kindness! We really like the place ( you even wanted to live there rsrs) we'll be back again for sure!!!!

Excellent house, everything was very clean and well cared for, great space and accommodated everyone very well. About Natalie, she was always attentive and ready to help and clarify doubts about the house (which were minimal) because everything was clear and simple to follow.
