Mine is an old two-story stone house located in the countryside 10 minutes from the center. Completely renovated respecting tradition but equipped with all comforts. Perfect for couples, but also comfortable and welcoming for larger families. It consists of a kitchen with a living room with a sofa bed and bathroom on the ground floor and a double bedroom with a bathroom on the upper floor. Large and comfortable outdoor spaces for those who want to relax surrounded by nature.

Situata nel tranquillo paese di Luco dei Marsi, questa moderna casa vacanza offre comfort e stile per una fuga rilassante. Al suo interno troverai un’ampia cucina completamente attrezzata, perfetta per preparare pasti in famiglia, con spazi luminosi e moderni e un’accogliente zona living con smart TV per goderti serate tranquille. La casa dispone di una spaziosa camera matrimoniale, mentre una cameretta con due lettini offre un perfetto spazio per ospiti aggiuntivi.

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

This house is located in a characteristic alley of the medieval village of Civitella Alfedena, in the heart of the Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park; reachable only on foot, away from the noise of cars, it allows you to experience village life in the human dimension typical of mountain villages. Free parking in the village from 50 to 200 meters away. Wifi. You can use the fireplace and buy wood, to be ordered - bag of about 20kg, €10.00. Pets are allowed.
