The place is wonderful, with a very cool infrastructure to spend a weekend without having to leave the site. Everything working and well cared for. Célia, who was in contact with us, was very attentive and gave us clear information about the way, markets around and was always concerned for us to have good days of rest. A highlight for the sternum area, with a very well cared swimming pool, hydromassage and sauna. Everything works and is in great condition. The beautifully cared garden and fish lakes for those who like to fish. There is a housekeeper with his family who live in the place and are always around if they are willing to help with anything. In addition to keeping the space in order, they presented us with fruit from the orchard and then provided rods and earthworms for lambari fishing in the lagoon. In short, the space is as in the pictures and well prepared to receive large families and groups. In addition to being a lot of beds, everything is very well organized.

Extremely calm, quiet, peaceful and quiet place. Great for renewing your energy and contemplating nature. Rabbits, geese, birds, cows, fish, the kids love it😁. Rustic-style house, complete with utensils and good beds. Great outdoor area and we even had an Italian night using the pizza oven 🍕 But the big difference is the Lounge with the sand court, very elegant, nice atmosphere, wonderful for beautiful photos, comfortable, a place to gather people and do an activity, light a fire and enjoy the stay. The lake is also very beautiful. Super attentive host and available at any time, always polite and helping with whatever is needed. Anyway, everything was very good, I'll be back for sure, and I recommend it without a doubt.

The place is great! The pool and jacuzzi are very good! The house is very well-equipped with the utensils in the kitchen and for barbecue. The scenery is very beautiful! Josi is very friendly and has always been very helpful and quick to help us with any questions. It was very flexible with check-in and check-out times. I highly recommend the stay!

Our stay was great and we highly recommend it. The space is exactly like the photos and perfect for those seeking peace and tranquility! We had a power outage problem in the whole region due to the heavy rains that occurred and Vanessa and her husband provided all the necessary support! Finally, I would like to thank Mr. José, who welcomed us and helped us during this period. We intend to go back, being an amazing place that we will definitely recommend!!

The house matches the description, the facilities are extremely comfortable. The house was well equipped, with utensils available for use, everything working perfectly. Internet with signal in every room in the house. The owner always kept in touch, responding and caring about our well-being. I recommend it and when necessary we will stay in the house again.

Super cozy house, with everything needed for a good stay. Cristiane is very capricious and everything was clean, organized and cute. She welcomed us very well, she is very sweet, nice and flexible. I definitely recommend it and I'll come back other times when you need to be with family in town. ❤️

The Sítio de Marcelo e Júlia is really cozy and charming, it is a place to forget the city, and to be able to live good times in the family and enjoy the children and having contact with Nature and we have a lot of enjoyment of the goibadas and Avocados harvested directly from the foot by ourselves. All small mishaps were quickly resolved by Julia and Marcelo. The only one that is located is for the distance of the city, it takes an average of about 30 minutes to reach downtown Caconde, about 10 or 11 km of dirt road that is not difficult, but on some stretches it is very narrow and even touches the cars, but it is quiet to pass. However I will bring good memories of this wonderful place that I really enjoyed being, I would definitely come back.
