The house is wonderful, exactly as shown in the photos, it was super clean and the place is well located, there is a supermarket and pharmacy nearby, as well as a hamburger restaurant that I made sure to go to for dinner on my last day. It's not far from Thermas dos Laranjais, it's quick to get there by Uber and the Uber fare is also no more than 10 reais. Valdir is an extremely kind and friendly gentleman, he welcomed us very well at the house and gave clear instructions for check-out. He was flexible about check-in and check-out times, which helped us A LOT. I'm grateful and next time, I'm sure to look for you again!

I'll just leave some suggestions to improve the house even more. The house accommodates around 10 people, so only 01 clothesline is not enough. In the house, there is space to make a clothesline (covered and uncovered). Another suggestion would be to put some small wardrobe in other rooms and also those door supports, to hang up clothes. In the kitchen, there was no pressure cooker. There was no big fork for the barbecue, but she promptly brought one. We can only praise the others.

The beds were comfortable, the internet worked well and the kitchen was well-equipped. The house is spacious and suited my family well, but also suited smaller families well. For larger groups, there is the possibility of another house next door. Simone even made it easier to buy tickets to the park, which helps with the entrance. We'll definitely be staying with Simone again.

We didn't have any problems with the house, whenever I go to Olympia, I stay in hotels in the center, this time I got a little further away, and we loved it. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, 13 minutes from the hot springs, as we went by car, we had no difficulty. The house has fans and air conditioning, clothesline and clothes hangers are also available, very useful.. Anyway, I recommend it, the proposal is different from hotels, a little further from the hustle and bustle, a peace of mind... I went with a child, and since we stayed in the park all day, we used the house just to sleep, it was a great choice.
