Entire chalet between city, sea and countryside.

In the cozy, independent chalet surrounded by greenery, you can appreciate the relaxation and tranquility of a familiar and serene environment. 15 minutes from the sea, 30 minutes by car from the center of Rome, 20 minutes from Fiumicino airport. Supermarkets, shops, bars, excellent restaurants and a large equipped park nearby, a few meters from the sports center with swimming pool and spa. My family and I live nearby, but the house is totally independent. Check-in is possible after 4 p.m.

Camera degli ospiti è molto accogliente, con delle lucette, telo trasparente, specchi, porta scorrevole. Senza la serratura!!lontana dalle altre stanze perciò rimane isolata, attaccata alla sala da pranzo e cucina e alla porta verso il giardino , posto rilassante,letto matrimoniale e divano a triangolo, dove può dormire un bambino o una persona non molto alta. Se la finestra rimane chiusa non si sente il rumore del aereo. Ci sono tre cani molto simpatici e amichevoli : lab e due carline
