House vacation rentals in Mont Vernon

Our stay was nothing short of amazing!! Easily the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. The views (especially at sunset) are gorgeous, the house is very well maintained and comfortable, and Hugh/Tess were quick to respond to any questions we had. Like everyone else says, we were so sad to leave at the end.

We had an amazing weekend Best villa I had ever rented I loved it Will b renting it again. The host was super nice easy to contact VERY VERY nice Everything was just amazing I’m very satisfied 🙏🏾

Absolutely loved our stay. The view is beautiful and can be throughly enjoyed with outdoor set up (pool, loungers, table etc) We loved how the patio doors fully opened and tucked away creating an amazing indoor/outdoor living space. The beds were firm (but amazingly comfortable) although they could use some more pillow options. They were all very thick and hard. AC in the bedrooms worked well and the pool was clean. Check in was easy. Our host answered any and all questions quickly. We have been to sxm many many times and Anse Marcel has been our favorite area thus far. Beautiful area, Beautiful beach. We would absolutely return here.

The house was immaculate. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook. We loved that the kitchen had a hybrid approach to cooking whereas there were two gas pilot and an electric stove. All bedrooms were nice with extra towels and linens. All rooms had TV’s (the internet would go off for periods of time). You can charge your phone, tablet, etc bedside. Nice size backyard with a “cozy” pool. The house was very accommodating. It was 5 of us and we didn’t feel cramped. Free parking space in the front. We had two issues that were very quickly addressed. The host lived right across, which helps with resolving any issues quick. Sabrina is vey nice. Quick to respond prior to the trip and during the trip. She was accommodating as well i had a phone interview that was past the check out time and she graciously let us check out a little later so I can take my interview. Highly recommend!

House is as shown in photos. Large enough for a group of six or a couples outing. Very secluded, beautiful estate to walk around. House is very secure in addition to a security gate at the entrance. One of the most well stocked Airbnb homes I have ever rented in regard to kitchen utensils/ supplies, toiletries, and linen. The property managers/hosts are very accommodating. I have heat driven migraines and they graciously brought me a fan ASAP. We will return next year and hopefully rent the same property! Thanks again

This home was absolutely lovely. The place was very clean and spacious. The view on the hill is beautiful. In addition the manager of the property, Anil helped us out a couple times. He was never more than 10 min away and was very friendly/ informative. I would stay here again on my return.

Our stay for 8 people was wonderful. The area is more beautiful than imagined, and the pictures surely do not do it justice. The house is very private, and you need to traverse a couple large hills in order to get there. We had to swap out our first rental car because the tread felt very unsafe and struggled on some of the hills, but otherwise we really appreciated the privacy and sweeping views of the water from the villa.

Even better the 2nd time around. Vincent and team are great - communication is excellent. Couldn’t ask for a better place to spend a week!

It was lovely to watch the waves and listen to the ocean everyday from our patio. Laure was so welcoming and offered ideas for places to go during our 6 week stay. She was very responsive to messages from us and genuinely want to make sure we had a wonderful visit. We were close to a variety of cafes and restaurants. The French bakery was a wonderful morning walk and Boat On Yacht Club a charming afternoon excursion. It took us a short time to get used to the to driving in Marigot but by the second week, we were comfortable with our route. I recommend getting out and about throughout the island. There is plenty to explore! Laure is a gem! We would stay here again.

Marcia is a wonderful host. She has tried to make our vacation enjoyable. The house is clean, she changed the towels and it meant to us. We had a backyard and the car was safe. It's close to a super market,pharmacy, beach. Marigot is a great position to tour the island.

The home is luxurious and beautiful with stunning views and surroundings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and the space to dine is perfect for a family or group. There are so many sitting areas outside and in. The home is large with all rooms master size and facing the ocean. The decor is simple, classic and elegant! It was so easy to communicate and we had all our needs met. The hosts were amazing.

This place was absolutely beautiful! It looked exactly like the pictures! I loved how responsive the host was during my stay! I would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed every moment in St. Martin and this beautiful home was a large part of our experience. We used the kayaks and outdoor dining area daily. The decor was gorgeous and the hosts thought of everything! Can’t wait to return!

Irene was such a great host, she was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us with champagne and made us feel at home in the luxurious property. She had a handful of resources for our stay and was readily available for questions. I plan on coming back to the property. The views were absolutely stunning.

My parents and I had the pleasure of staying a week at Cheryl's lovely house. It was very spacious. For 3 people to have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 common areas, a backyard, and electronic gate was exceptional! The air conditioning was in every room and worked perfectly. Everything was in working order and there were lovely homey touches in every room - snacks, drinks, board games, books, toys for children, swimming inflatables and noodles, etc. We were literally one block up from the gorgeous beach and some of the best restaurants (Lay Back Bar was delicious)! Frankly, everywhere we ate was fabulous. It was within easy walking distance to anything such as mini markets, taxis, buses (which run along Back Street, which is 1 block behind the house) and incredibly cheap. Cheryl was friendly, warm, responsive, & professional. The airbnb made a relaxing trip even more luxurious. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook these accommodations and gladly recommend them to future guests! Thank you Cheryl!

My wife and I stayed at Yohan’s place for a week with our two young children and it was fantastic. A really great place for families. Close to amazing beaches and plenty of great food options close by, as well as grocery stores. The pool is right outside the door too which was perfect. I would highly recommend the place and would love to go back!

The house was as nice as it looked in the photos. The location was wonderful, within easy walking distance from everything in Orient Bay. Sophie was very helpful, informative and responsive. I think she was a model hostess.

The Beach House was everything we expected from the pictures on line. The pool is large enough to cool off and even practice snorkling for a newbee!! The kitchen is well stocked and nicely laid out. The cool breeze off the ocean provides some relief from the hot sun. We sat out most mornings with our tea watching the bay come to life with activity. We used the kayak to get us over to Pinel Island where we spent the day on the beach. Finally the area is secure and we felt very safe. Prior to our trip Margaux answered all my questions concerning restaurants and beaches. She also ensured my grocery order was received and put away. When we arrived Margaux met us at the house and explained where everything was and how it was operated. We had a number of Iguanas and Donkeys visit us during our stay. Thanks for everything. We will be back in 2026.

By far my favorite airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Great communication. House was super clean, and pictures don’t do it justice. There local rep was super helpful and accommodated to our arrival and departure. Highly recommend this to anyone who is thinking about visiting Saint Martin.

Vila Cecilia was a beautiful piece of paradise. We loved it so much we opted to walk to the local French market and cook most days so we could watch the sunset over the bay on the back patio. Everything was clean, host was super responsive and had many lovely touches with our arrivals such as tea and water. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at Chrissy's home was a dream! The house is absolutely gorgeous, well designed, clean, spacious, incredible view, fantastic location- it was the best place we've rented on AirBnB. I cannot recommend this stay enough and would gladly return in a heartbeat. Our time in Saint Martin was phenomenal and a huge part of that was due to this amazing house.

We had a wonderful stay over March break with my family. Anne Claire's place was the perfect setup for our 19 month old. The pool had a safety fence which made being outside easy and safe. The kitchen was very well equipped. Location was perfect - 5 min from Orient Beach, 5 min to Super-U groceries,7 min to Grand Case, 10 min to Anse Marcel. Car rental is a must.
