Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Monroe County

We were fortunate to find this beautiful home in the country.

TOP choice. We have stayed at every place in the area and this listing is one of our favorites. Kimberly was very quick to respond when I had a question. Had everything we needed an more. love the unqie and orginal upstairs. There is a park in walking distance that my 5 yr old could walk to and about 10 blocks away. public pool within walking distance as well. very quiet and pretty to just sit out and watch over the pond/lake

Would stay here again! Walking distance to local attractions. Comfortable and cozy. Nick was very nice and responsive!

Paula’s home was spacious and comfortable. The view was outstanding… I’d love to come back and see the place in the summertime! We had a lovely holiday get-together at Paula’s.

Great stay for me and my family. We hunt over at Fort Mccoy and this was perfect distance for us. Robert was responsive whenever we needed anything and enjoyed the peaceful property. Will stay again if open next year!

Cool place....google maps was a little confused, so host might want to add a bit more directions in their initial instructions....coming to the turn off into the farm is great in the day, but arriving at night as some of us did, was a little concerning....the front of the property is a working farm and looks like it-cool!-nothing wrong there, was just a little disconcerting at 10 pm in the dark..... You need to drive past that down a small road, then you arrive at the house-which was as described. The farm is quiet; great views off the back deck. We were visited by a buck deer one night, walked right up while we were watching sunset....very cool. I walked down the small road in through a cornfield to another fantastic view. Be respectful-Stay on road! Host helpful/responsive. House clean and comfortable- four of us in three bedrooms worked great. No conveniences too near, all driveable; that's why we were there! Beautiful part of the state! Iffy cell service sometimes, but all good!

Our stay at Wanlass was perfect! This was a surprise birthday weekend for my sister/ mom's getaway for us. I was hoping for a place to relax that was beautiful in the home and the scenery around and it certainly was both! Everything was very clean, the design and decor was inviting and cozy but not cluttered. Light switches were labeled which was very helpful. We loved relaxing on the couch inside with the fireplace on and thoroughly enjoyed the views from the patio couch where we enjoyed the morning fog rising and sunsets. The soaking tub was amazing and the hiking trails were fun as well. My sister and I each loved our beds- the mattresses were very comfortable. This provided the perfect getaway weekend; I would LOVE to come back. If you're going to book, make sure to be there at least 2 nights so you can thoroughly relax and enjoy all the amenities and the views this place has to offer.
