This place was a wonderful stay — super comfortable, exactly like the photos, and in an amazing location. It had all the amenities promised, and everything worked perfectly. The host was incredibly kind and made the check-in process easy and smooth. Parking was a breeze, and being so close to all the main sights in Paipa and the surrounding towns made everything really convenient. The lake nearby is beautiful, and the wellness area — including the sauna and pool — was a great extra touch. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Super friendly people, the place looks new, everything was very clean, sheets, towels, the kitchen was very clean and well-equipped, ample parking for the van without problem, a few blocks away a supermarket, restaurants and shops in general.

I visited Paipa for the first time with 3 other friends and we loved Liz's apartment. It's a comfortable, cozy, clean, beautiful place. They make you want to stay there for long periods. The space is very well distributed, each room has its own clean bathroom and the amenities for sleeping and cooking are of the highest quality. It is noticeable that every detail and decoration of the apartment is designed to have an unforgettable stay. Liz and Luis are super friendly and helpful, we felt right at home and we hope to be back soon. We already recommend our friends and family to visit Paipa because it is a wonderful place with a lot to do and of course, we recommend this apartment because they are the best. We stayed at the apartment in Paipa for two nights. It's a small apartment with a kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. The space is small and I think it's just right for up to 3 people. It has a garage with vehicle elevator access. On the building's terrace, there is a small swimming pool with a sauna (extra price but reduced) and an exercise and play area. The building is within walking distance of the lake, we got around well with a vehicle so I don't know what it's like by public transport. We appreciate that the nightly rate is very competitive compared to other apartments in the same building.

The apartment is perfect for a family. Located in a very quiet area with very little noise. It was fully equipped and clean, and I must add that he takes care of every detail, from the clean utensils, to the fridge and appliances being of good size and quality

Beautiful and picturesque, a comfortable country house, very quiet and with everything you need to enjoy as a family, excellent service and attention from the host and her manager, everything was very special. We had a wonderful stay at Luisa's place! The location is perfect - walkable to the plaza, shops, restaurants, etc. but still quiet and peaceful. It was a great setup for our 2 families, as each family had 2 bedrooms + a bath. The outside area is lovely and tranquil. Everyone enjoyed and we would definitely stay again!

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Paipa This apartment near Lake Sochagota is a gem! Perfectly located for exploring Boyacá with thoughtful furnishings for a comfortable stay. The place was impressively clean upon arrival. Viviana, who managed our check-in, provided exceptional service, responded promptly to questions and patiently handled ID requirements. Her local recommendations for restaurants and desserts became highlights of our trip. The only minor drawback was the thin walls, allowing us to hear neighbors occasionally. This wasn't a major issue and not something hosts can control in the building's construction. For anyone exploring the lush, green landscapes of Boyacá, this apartment is the perfect base. The convenient location, comfortable amenities, and outstanding hospitality made our experience memorable. We would book this place again for future visits!
