Beautiful apartment and view

This place was the perfect escape from the city. Nestled in a peaceful village within the mountains, the apartment offered breathtaking views of the surrounding hills. The apartment was perfectly cleaned and well-maintained, with a cozy yet modern design. The balcony was a highlight—perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bedroom was comfortable. The village had a few traditional tavernas serving delicious local food, and it was also a great base for exploring the local wineries. We highly recommend this place!

What a great villa! The pictures say it all. We are a family of 7: 6 adults and a 4-year-old child. We really enjoyed the big house. The villa is very clean and well maintained, but there is only one shower with low water pressure. The house provided with all the necessary things for a good and comfortable stay: seating areas, garden furniture, kitchen utensils, pots, plates, cups and everything necessary. The villa is located in a lovely private compound with large gardens full of fruit trees and a beautiful pool. The balcony is a great sunny space but there is also an inner part with a pergola and shade so you can escape the sun during the hot hours. The sea is 2-3 minute drive away. The villa is a little far from the center of Kiti village. We liked the distance because it gives us quiet and privacy Kiti village has all the services you need: supermarket, bars, restaurants and many shops. For that you have to rent a car. Our family is very grateful to Kylie and Nick for the attention and comfort, they provided us during our vacation at the villa. We vacationed with the whole family during the children's Christmas holidays - the hosts thought of all the little details, decorated the living room. We really felt at home, celebrating Christmas with our family, with the lit fireplace and the decorated Christmas tree. Thank you again for your your care and attention.
