Oceanfront 1 Bed Villa w/ Private Hot Tub

CurtisRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My wife and I spent the weekend here for our anniversary. We had a great time. The location is beautiful, we watched seals sunning themselves on the rocks from the hot tub and the sunsets and sunrises were spectacular. The house was very clean and the furniture was very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here if you are heading to the Moncton/Shediac area.

Beautiful waterview cottage.

HollyRating, 5 stars33 months ago
We loved our stay at Bella and Jeffrey's cottage in Shediac! We appreciated the air conditioning as the weather was very hot while there. Everything we needed was provided from washer/dryer to beach towels to sunscreen to shampoo and more. The attention to detail really set this place apart, such as a bottle of wine and note when we arrived, a clothes line to hang our wet swimsuits, and the little things we may have forgotten provided, such as toothpaste. Communication with Bella was fast and easy. We couldn't have asked for more! Would book here again in a heartbeat.

Favorite Waterfront Home Overlooking Shediac

KeriRating, 5 stars8 months ago
Thank you Michelle for letting us stay in your beautiful place in Shediac! It was exactly as described and pictures, and more well stocked than any AirBnB I’ve ever been to. Michelle was so helpful before and during our stay, providing places to go, restaurants according to our tastes, and even an offer of a local babysitter should we want to go out without kiddos! Beds were comfy, cottage was beautiful and private, right on the water, as advertised. Kids loved searching for crabs on the beach and canoeing, although beach is better for boating and running around than swimming. Scenery is beautiful, campfire well stocked and well set up. Lots of BBQ tools available. Home is. 5min drive to downtown Shediac with lots of cute restaurants, and Shediac is within a reasonable drive to lots of lovely places (Hopewell Rocks, PEI, La Dune de Bouctouche, Parlee Beach, Moncton with the tidal bore and Magnetic Hill, etc.) Would recommend Michelle’s place without hesitation!
A spacious bedroom is presented, featuring a wooden bed frame with a patterned quilt. The floor is made of light-colored wood, contributing to a comfortable ambiance. The walls are painted in a soft hue, complementing the overall serene decor of the room.

Michael was a perfect host. The location was even better than expected, with a short walk to the beach, allowing us to go back and forth more often than we normally would. We were four adults and three kids and we had a very comfortable stay. Lots of grounds for kids to play outside most of the time.

Beautiful Historic Upgrade Main

MilesRating, 5 stars6 months ago
The suite was very clean and tidy, it has all the comforts of home, it was a great place for my family, as all siblings were coming together for a reunion and wedding in downtown Moncton. The 2 bedrooms on the top floor were nice in that they have ensuite bathrooms, but require agility and stamina as the staircase is long and narrow, especially with the addition of large luggage. A recent renovation has given freshness to this character home and I do love character !!! Jo-Anne was a good host and easy to communicate with. Thanks, Miles

But we sleep sometimes in double when traveling. PRO: 5-10 min walk from the front door to have feet in the sand of the beach (Parlee). Great outdoor deck. very very clean. Sue gave some great suggestions on where to go. The 2 owners respond quickly. They made a good reference binder inside (what to visit, list of restaurants with price and type...). Very good internet. Good basic TV channels. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful clean bathroom. Lots of towels. Con's: The window in the semi- frosted front door, in the evening we are visible for example if the bathroom comes out in a small outfit. Store in master bedroom no blackness. Master bedroom: the noisy bed base and the central curved double mattress. Having a patio and back garden area was a lovely bonus. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. And having a second half bath was a definite plus.
