Stayed a week and it went mostly well - I had a couple issues that Oussema was able to quickly solve or advise me on. One was that it was a bit tricky getting hot water from the shower, but he let me know what to try to fix it. The only problem I had that couldn't be quickly adjusted was that the neighborhood was a bit noisy, but some of that was probably temporary (sounded like some renovation was going on). I wouldn't have spent as much time in the apartment to notice if the weather hadn't turned out to be a bit cold and rainy, so ultimately wouldn't be a big deal for most travelers. The neighborhood has a number of solid restaurants and grocery stores within 5-10 minutes and is otherwise close to a major street with lots of options. It is a bit far from the Sousse Medina, but it's about a 5-6 dinar taxi ride to get there (e.g. the Ribat) which is not bad at all.

The dwelling was accurate to the description (photos and equipment) and easy to find thanks to its instructions and availability Chokri was always available if needed for the apartment or to recommend places or tips during our stay

Sami is a very welcoming host ( Sami stays in touch with us if needed throughout the stay)the accommodation matches the description. We had a great time in this apartment. The accommodation is well located ( Mall de sousse, port el kantaoui just next door), clean accommodation and above all air-conditioned! We hope to come back soon!!! Thanks again Sami!

Great house with a really nice pool. Host was very helpful with great communication

The apartment was perfect, clean, quiet. A small park just downstairs that delighted my son. The pools were not functional but out of season so normal. We had a great time in Avignon! Plan to use a car because there's not much around but it allows you to be quiet. Thank you for everything! A property to remember. 😁

Our stay at Hamza’s place was absolutely amazing and we are honoured to stay with Hamza during the blessed month of Ramadan. Our experience was fabulous, the place is an absolute gem and the views and atmosphere are not from this world. Hamza as a host was nothing less than a dream host and we felt very comfortable in his place. Hamza is very attentive and took the time to show us around and show us the best places for shopping. Our stay at this house was simply exceptional! The sea view from the spacious terrace is breathtaking, and we spent unforgettable moments enjoying the sunsets. The apartment is very well appointed, clean and comfortable, with everything you need to feel at home. The location in Sami is ideal, close to amenities while remaining peaceful. My stay at Alison and Adam's home was exceptional. They are amazing hosts. Warm, welcoming, and always responsive. Great place in the heart of downtown, spacious, clean, with air conditioning, wifi and washing machine available.

Marouans place was very cosey, clean and had most of the things we needed which saved us having to buy the little things. He was very responsive aswell

The house was great and spacious. Loved that there were two bathrooms, the kitchen was big and clean. Noussa was nothing but amazing and accommodating! Anytime we had a question and needed something, she directed us towards it right away. We would most definitely come back to stay again.
