House vacation rentals in Monasterace Marina

Ein schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und einem sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Mithilfe der von Monica übermittelten Koordinaten und Googlemaps haben wir das Haus leicht gefunden. Wir kamen in der Nacht an und die Fahrt mit dem Auto zur Wohnanlage, in der sich das Haus befindet, war etwas abenteuerlich, da es die Tage vorher und auch bei unserer Ankunft regnete und die Umgebung sehr dunkel war. Hat aber alles geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit Monica war einwandfrei und sie war sehr hilfsbereit. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind mit Auto innerhalb von ca. 15 minuten gut zu erreichen. Uns hat es gut gefallen, trotz etwas Pech mit dem Wetter. Aber nach 3 Tagen regnen wurde das Wetter schöner und wor konnten Kalabrien erkunden. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Tout est réunis pour passer un excellent séjour en famille ou entre amis: -La villa est très spacieuse, confortable, propre et bien équipée. -Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. -La Piscine privée, le jacuzzi, la vue panoramique sur la campagne montagneuse et le château médiéval de Squillace offrent un cadre douillet et relaxant. -La cote et les plages aux alentours sont très belles, les restaurants typiques. Et Martina et Thomas, par leurs conseils et leur bienveillance, porteront une attention particulière pour que ce moment reste spécial pour vous.

Francesco è un host fantastico. Presente e premuroso. La villa semplicemente un incanto. Pulizia, posizione, arredamento... tutto eccezionale! Il panorama poi è l'elemento distintivo con vista meravigliosa sui calanchi e lo jonio che mattina e sera ti aspetta solo per essere ammirato nel silenzio e nella pace che questo posto sa trasmettere fino in fondo. La piscina bellissima, panoramica immersa in un giardino curato in ogni particolare è un plus comodo per chi ha bambini anche se il mare calabrese è di per sé una piscina naturale ed è impossibile resistere alle sue spiagge selvagge bagnate da un mare impareggiabile. The property is an agriturismo on a high quality olive farm. We really enjoyed the tour that Anita gave us and we learned a lot about the production of good olive oil. The house is a simple, nicely done property with a lovely pool. The nearby Ionia coast is lovely. We were doing a long cycle trip - it’s preferable to have a car for this location as you’ll need to shop and there’s nothing nearby.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Schöne Außenbereiche zum Sitzen, Liegen und verweilen. Pool schön groß und gepflegt. Strand ein paar Laufschritte von der Haustür entfernt. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Unser Gastgeber Vincenzo war immer erreichbar und hat uns einen tollen Service gegeben. Danke 👍🏻

Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

Siamo stati ospiti del Sig. Francesco alla Formaggera per una settimana. La Formaggera é situata in un luogo unico per il paesaggio che la circonda e un po' incantato per l'atmosfera satura di storia che vi si respira. La casa é semplice, ma deliziosamente arredata; la cucina é ben organizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario ed é possibile pranzare e cenare all'esterno, al fresco. Lontani dal caos, ci si riposa all'ombra dei pini, circondati da fichi d'india e dalla natura Calabra. La bellissima piscina e il suo patio coperto, molto apprezzato nelle calde giornate, sono certamente un punto di forza. Il mare é vicino e nel centro abitato più prossimo ci sono supermercati e molti altri negozi tra cui segnalo l'ottimo caseificio Lagani e la vicina pasticceria. Il borgo di Badolato, a qualche km, é da visitare.

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Tropea’s old town, with the most beautiful sea-view. There are several very good restaurants nearby. It was quite hot and there was only one fan. Would have been nice to have had a second one, especially at night. Other than that, we can highly recommend this spacious and very well equipped apartment. Massimo was more than helpful with everything. He gave us many good recommendations where to eat, grocery shopping, etc.

Franco je skvelý a priateľský. 100% nápomocný. Dobre postele. ubytovanie je blízko pláže. Aj keď sme tu boli mimo sezóny, zažili sme veľa a užili si mestečko a okolie.

Super Unterkunft, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Direkt am Meer mit zwei schönen Bars und öffentlich zugänglichen Strand. Vincenzo ist super zuvorkommen und immer da wenn Mann was braucht. Jederzeit wieder.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Fortuna. It’s Right in the old city of Pizzo and close to the piazza and the beach. The kitchen was well-equipped and we didn’t miss anything! Paola was a perfect host and very welcoming and forthcoming!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Casa Margherita sehr genossen! Louise und Lino sind tolle Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und eine traumhafte Woche verbracht. Das Haus befindet sich in einer netten ruhigen Umgebung, ist sehr privat und liegt in einem wunderschönen gepflegten Garten. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Der Balkon bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer mit traumhaften Sonnenuntergängen. Die Möglichkeit das Auto in der eigenen Garage zu parken ist gold wert - ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zum Aperitivo nach Tropea, dem Fischerstädtchen Chianalea di Scilla oder zum Capo Vaticano mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht von der Straße von Messina bis zu den eolischen Inseln. Die meiste Zeit haben wir aber einfach in Pargehlia verbracht: Der Strand ist traumhaft und die familienbetriebene Strandbar bietet leckere Mittagsgerichte. I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Paradijselijk plek, jaren 1980/1990 wat een heerlijke plek om te zijn! Warm buiten douchen, BBQ werkt goed en elke dag met je voetjes in het zand ontbijten en of lunchen. Met recht een super host, dank je wel Rino 😎

Lovely place, especially the garden. Super well located. Great communication and super flexible check-in. Well equipped kitchen. It was also great to have cooking basics in the house!

Alloggio accogliente, comodo e funzionale, ad un passo dallo stupendo mare di Calabria (sia spiaggia libera che stabilimento). Giuseppina host disponibile ed amichevole, risponde velocemente e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per visitare i dintorni. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente!

Alina's place is beautiful and conveniently situated. The view from the patio ( and bathroom) is breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting outside taking in the surroundings. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our stay very much and fell in love with Badolato.

Ampi spazi, posizione strategica, finiture e arredi minimal ma di gusto e pulizia impeccabile. Così come il rapporto con l'host. Posto tranquillo casa come foto con tutto il dispensabile c'è pure la lavastoviglie aria condizionata per una vacanza di totale relax vicino a ristoranti TOP se volete serate da divertirsi basta spostarsi a SOVERATO....in 15 minuti auto c'è tutto il divertimento che si vuole lungomare bellissimo ma se cerchi tranquillita'.. pace e mare bello consiglio ..casa di isabella è una garanzia grazie di tutto torneremo sicuramente ..

Wärmste Empfehlung für Danilos Unterkunft! Die Wohnung liegt in einem charmanten Dorf, etwa 15 Minuten von den Stränden entfernt. Besonders praktisch: Eine hervorragende Trattoria befindet sich direkt im Ort und ist bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Danilo war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr flexibel beim Check-In und hat uns persönlich empfangen – ein sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber!

SUPER CONSIGLIATO! La casa è bellissima ed è proprio come si vede nelle foto. Pulizia TOP. Ha anche un parcheggio interno dove lasciare la macchina. Il posto è in una zona strategica, perchè è in una zona tranquilla a due passi dal mare ( non serve neanche la macchina per arrivarci) ma anche a due passi dal centro di Roccella. I ragazzi che ci hanno seguiti per soddisfare le nostre esigenze sono stati fantastici e rispondo subito. Facile il check in e facile il check out.

Paolo, col l’aiuto di Stefania, sono stati ospiti impeccabili. Gentili e ospitali nell’accoglienza, ci hanno fatto trovare un alloggio in condizioni perfette dosato di ogni genere di comfort. La casa sorge su un’altura, ad un paio di km dalla rete viaria principale. È indispensabile essere muniti di macchina per raggiungerla. La realtà è migliore delle foto! Indimenticabile veranda esterna dove cenare e trascorrere del tempo in serenità guardando il mare. Gli spazi interni sono ampi e ben arredati. Ci siamo sentiti a casa!
