In the beautiful Sörmland countryside on Road 223 between Nyköping and Björnlunda, there is a small cabin on the Uvsta Östergården farm. The cottage is located on an old small farm where we currently run a café. There we have a flea market and a store. The café serves light lunches and delicious pastries. A simple breakfast can be bought in the café. See the Café Östergården website. Cozy garden that looks out over the fields. Bagarstuga is an older, charming 35 sqm cottage from the 1800s with beautiful views over the fields. Low ceilings!

Enjoy the quiet of this cozy house with proximity to Sörmlandsleden and several lakes. The nearest swimming/skating lake can be reached in a 5-minute walk. Large terrace with roof, access to barbecues. Distance: Mölnbo 8 km, Järna 16 km, Stockholm 63 km, Mariefred 40 km. The area is full of nice excursion destinations. The house is in a vacation home area, but the plot is very private and borders the forest which is full of mushrooms and berries.
