Lots of water close by for kayaking/canoeing. ATV trails just a few km away. Firewood supplied. Please bring your own drinking / wash water. Pets welcome, but Not on the furniture unless you’ve brought a cover. Never leave pets unattended. No running water. Outhouse/toilet facility. Bring your own disposable propane tank if BBQ’ing.

Shore Shack is a newly construction timber frame cabin on the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful views and direct oceanfront. A Sandy beach within walking distance (at the end of Sand Beach road). The town of Liverpool is a five minute drive away. Very private! Whitepoint, Carter's and Summerville beach all a short drive away. A four person hot tub was added in March 2022. Warm and welcoming, this cottage boasts modern conveniences while retaining the beachy charm of a little hideaway cottage, and is ideal for small families, a couple (or two), or solo adventurers. Enjoy the fire pit next to our babbling brook, or take a short drive to White Point Beach Resort for surfing or golf, beautiful Carters beach, or the Keji Seaside Adjunct for a scenic hike and seal watching.

The ISLAND provides an amazing and unique escape that is truly one of a kind. This remarkable location is located only minutes off the highway and is less than an 1.5hr drive from Halifax. Enjoy the day exploring the shores and endless ocean views on land or in one of the kayaks or canoes provided. Spend the evenings with your favorite drink (and people) around the bonfire. A quick drive to the free ferry ride gets you to the LaHave bakery, crafts, pottery, art galleries and many beaches.
