Welcome to this cozy nest at the Dalälven edge, 5 km outside Hedemora. Grill on the patio, sauna and take a swim from your own jetty. Indoors there is a modern kitchen, toilet with shower, fireplace, TV and wifi. The sauna is wood-fired and the plot bathes in the sun in the mornings, sun all the way into the afternoon down on the jetty. Firewood and canoe are on site for a fee. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. The lower floor has been carefully renovated using traditional building preservation methods. There is a kitchenette with cold water, a fridge and a hob. The outdoor toilet is just a few steps away. In the small village of Delbo, 1 mile north of Sala in Västmanland, is this little gem. Leas basement is a small house of about 25 m2 with all year around standard. Works as a self-catering for a long time but even if you just want to stay the night. Leas basement is tastefully decorated with high ceilings, fireplace, kitchen part, toilet and shower. There is a queen size bed (160cm) and a daybed for two. There's also Wifi and monitor with Chromecast.

Lake cottage with all the amenities by the fishing lake.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunrise is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.

A luxury residential house spread over 30m2 with bathroom, sauna , kitchen , living room and sleeping loft. Outside the house there is a hot tub with room for 7 people , as well as parking for one car. The Attefall house is right next to our house on the same property. And as the description says, it's a sleeping loft, which means you have to be able to take a ladder up to sleep.
