The house is very well taken care of, very close to the center of Serra Negra (6-7 minutes). Well spacious town, legal leisure area and one of the rooms still has a crib! We enjoyed it a lot and we intend to go back, Maria Amélia gave all the instructions of the house, it was pretty cool!

The house is ideal for two people and extremely welcoming for those traveling with pets. I took my dog and my kitten (who stayed inside the house), and both adapted perfectly to the safe and quiet environment. The garden is a true oasis: very well maintained, clean and offers a great space to relax or play with the animals. The pool is large and inviting, even though it is not heated. The kitchen is fully equipped, and bedding items such as pillows and blankets are extremely comfortable. The sofa is one of those that “hugs”, perfect for moments of rest. The location is also a high point. Just 4.5 km from the city, the house is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood and surrounded by lush nature. It's an ideal place for those looking for peace and contact with greenery. I will definitely come back on other occasions

A wonderful weekend. Great swimming pool, the hydro works very well. The kitchen is super well equipped, with oven, microwave, stove, in addition to utensils that are in great condition. This part was very important because I went with my parents who are elderly, so the house to serve very well what we needed. We feel safe, the neighborhood is quiet, and the best of all.. The birds sing beautifully. It was a beautiful experience. Fábio, host, is very proactive and responded super fast. We had no problem at all.. but he was always available. House super equipped, with quality linen! Kitchen with lots of items and variety. Very nice dishes. Amazing green space and super well looked after. Excellent barbecue area. We went in a group of friends and we definitely want to go back!

We were 16 people on the last extended holiday and the house accommodated us fantastically. Everyone had a private room and bed. Clean house and exactly as pictured! Abner and Ariel are always communicative and answering our questions, flexible check-in and check-out options, in addition to being extremely kind people who helped us at all times.
