Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to the city center and station. 300 meters to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, downstairs bedroom with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for poor walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. There is a small dog at the address, but not in the annex. The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Bring the whole family to this great place. The old dovecote has just been fully renovated after standing still for 35 years. It was in the late 1980s that the building stopped being used for pigeons and chickens, and today it is newly renovated with 80% recycled materials that should have been thrown out on construction sites, but which were instead used to build this fun little home. The home is located right in the center of Zealand and the islands, with a 1-hour drive to Copenhagen, among other places.

Small annex just behind our own house, the house has everything you need for a holiday, or an extended weekend. As the house is not large, we recommend the house for 2 people, with the possibility of bedding for an additional 2 people. You can park right in front of the white gate and it's free ;) 10 min walk to beach and forest. 20 min walk to cozy marina. There is a lovely cafe on the way to the harbor, here you can also buy ice cream. In addition, the city has 2 supermarkets, and a Pizza restaurant.
