The location is ideal for spending your holiday by the sea being located right on the seafront by the beach in Constanta's North Promenade neighborhood - the Dolphinarium area is located right at the entrance of the Mamaia resort. During summer, this neighborhood becomes a tourist area of interest due to its excellent position with easy access to all the objectives of the season, right near the landscaped beaches, bars, terraces and restaurants (the famous Reyna restaurant is just in front of the apartment).

The studio is located at the attic of a villa, everything being separated from the owner. Although the owner lives on the ground floor, the studio enjoys a private terrace that belongs exclusively to the guests. It is important to mention that guests must climb an external staircase to reach the studio. In the studio, guests have access to a private bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The space was renovated in November 2020. We offer a free parking place in front of the building.

Even if you arrive late, you will still be able to shop for whatever you need as there are a few stores opened 24/7. In 300 meters you will find all the seaside restaurants from Constanta Port or the pubs from Constanta Old City Centre. Nearby you can also find pharmacies, banks, pastry shops.
