Nearby the Clutha and Manuherikia rivers offer boating, fishing, swimming and even gold panning.

Elevated above the Manuherikia river with dramatic schist rock faces and river views, our spacious,and warm ground floor apartment is nestled next to the Central Otago Rail Trail, Matangi Station Mountain Bike Park, and walking tracks. Cafes and restaurants are a few minutes walk along the scenic river track passing the historic shaky bridge. The river track is accessed from our property. It is a 30min drive to Highlands Motorsport Park, and one hour to both Queenstown and Wanaka.

Pisa Moorings retreat Is One min walk away from lake, boat ramp and playground. Lake Dunstan is safe for swimming, boating, and jet skiing. There is a walk way/ bike track that goes in every direction around the lake. Four ski fields with in an hour to a hour and half away.
