Here you will find peace, quiet, and rest, which are very much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax here without your own or anyone else's children. However, we are happy to welcome easy-going pets. The minimum rental period is 2 nights. During the holiday season, however, we prefer longer stays. Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A good place for meditation, yoga, and Tai Chi in small groups. Attractive walking and cycling routes. The house is adapted for year-round stays, including for people with disabilities. The apartment for two or two with a "baby" is located on a 12-hectare estate in the Górznieńsko-Lidzbarski Landscape Park, among hills, lakes and forests. Quiet, beautiful, organic! The apartment is part of the Barn (ground floor); next to it there is a Country House, also available to guests. If you are traveling with a baby, we can provide a travel baby cot. To the guarded beach, on Lake Górznieńskie, you walk through the extremely charming village of Fiałki, about 20 minutes

The Wyraj Forest House is located in the Natura 2000 area, surrounded by fields and forests. The lack of direct neighborhood guarantees peace and privacy, it will work both as a place where we will reset in peace and quiet or organize a special event in comfortable conditions. Guests have access to a large fenced area and a large sunny terrace. You can light a fire and use the barbecue. The surrounding forests encourage walking or cycling.
