The location is still central, though it's a bit tucked into an alley. The room itself is clean, neat, and just as aesthetic as in the photos—I really liked it! However, the overall apartment building isn’t well-maintained and feels a bit dirty. That said, the service and hospitality from the tenants were top-notch. Lucia and her brother were super helpful from the moment I arrived until check-out. If she has another place in a better-managed apartment in Jogja, I’d definitely consider staying there for my next trip!

The place is exactly as pictured. It's a small complex of several 2-story buildings, each is a separate room. it has a parking lot with automatic, locked gate. they provide us with the key to the gate as well. the unit consists of rooms, bathroom, and small living area with a mini bar section, with balcony to dry your towel and clothes. there's a shared facility of kitchen, dining table, and washing machine. the unit is compact and comfortable, the bathroom is big and the hot water is running with no problem.

Mariannas place was spacious and nice. We stayed 2 person's + child. All good. Great pool and nice gym free of charge.

had a lovely time staying here, and the view of Mt Merapi was beautiful! Adriel & Von were always super responsive and helpful for any questions we had & cleaners came once a week during our stay. Some negatives of the building to be aware is that there were alarms (?) going off and occasionally short power outages, but that isn't controllable by the hosts !

Monica’s place is nice and clean. Fair space for a short term stay, at the center of Jogja. Fast responses from the host.

We had a really comfortable stay at Irwan's place. The location is super convenient, with lots of food stalls and cafes around. Right next door, there’s an Indomaret and Circle K for anything you might need. The unit was clean and had everything we needed — water, towels, mats, kitchen tools, etc. Everything was well prepared. Thank you ..

We spent a month at Igor’s and loved our stay! Nice and comfortable room, had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. The pool and gym were also great. Very walkable location close to many great (and cheap) food spots. And the value for the apartment was very good. Thanks Igor for being a wonderful host!

The building staff and security are friendly and helpful, the pool was nice and the place is quiet. the bed is comfortable and everything works well. The location isn't great, although the complex the building is in is nice and it was easy getting taxis. The only issues was there's not a proper chair for the desk so working was a bit uncomfortable, there's no microwave or oven or cooking oil, the morning call to prayer at 4am regularly woke me up, and it took a while to get check in instructions from the host the day of arrival. The internet was fast and mostly although there were slight problems with the network on a few days. Overall, this is a good place to stay and I would stay here again if you don't need to be in the centre of the city.
