The apartment is 3 rooms with a balcony, 2nd floor, overlooking a quiet courtyard. I rent a separate room where there is a bed for 2 people, the possibility of an extra bed on a mattress or a cot, it is also possible to sleep in the living room on a sofa bed, where there are 2 places, the next room is equipped as a study-living room for 1-2 people. All this when I am not at home, the apartment is often empty. Otherwise, I live in the living room and study. The apartment has a storage room for storing in-line skates or bicycles. Possibility to use the kitchen even when I am at home and the balcony, which is full of flowers and herbs.

Čížovka is an old Czech cottage and a modern holiday villa in one. The soul is a cottage, a place you can't wait to get to when you leave the city. During the reconstruction, we preserved what attracts you to the old house, such as 150-year-old walls, thresholds and casement windows. At the same time, we arranged the house so that everyone would feel like they were on vacation and have the necessary facilities and amenities. There is a glass wall, behind it only the forest, but in front of the forest a large heated pool and a terrace with a grill.
