“I had a convenient and comfortable stay with Ana and Marlon for just under two weeks. The fast, reliable Wi-Fi, secure gated community, and clean facilities made it a great experience. The room was bright and modern, with a dedicated workspace that was a bonus. Shops, restaurants, and a supermarket were only a short walk away. Note: the journey to the airport took over an hour at 9 am, so be sure to allow plenty of time if flying but traffic is the same all over the city. Would definitely book again. The apartment is a very cozy space, with warm decoration and comfortable furniture that made our stay really enjoyable. Everything was orderly, which made our comfort very easy during the visit. Also, the location is ideal: in a quiet area but with easy access to restaurants and supermarket, which allowed us to move around with ease. Julio was an exceptional host, always friendly and attentive, willing to answer our questions and make us feel at home from the first moment. I recommend this place especially for families looking for a quiet atmosphere and a close treatment. I would definitely come and stay here again!

Enchanted by the apt in Elemento building and its amenities. There is a convenience store for snack beverages , a Cafe , sorbeteria , a Koreano restaurant and a typical food shop on the first level of the building . Metrobus station is within walking distance. A nice and spacious park for running in front of the building, there are fruit sales and minutes to cool off. The terrace is fantastic in decoration , views to the mountains . I loved the gym equipped with the basics. 10 minute drive from zone 10 . Everything in perfect condition.

It is a clean, cozy place, with a pleasant smell, with an excellent view and an excellent location. There are supermarkets nearby and neighborhood shops. The host is attentive to guests to see if they feel comfortable or need anything, the pool area is very clean. And most importantly, the apartment has a view of the children's play area. It is worth mentioning that the terrace area has an incredible view of a large part of the city.

He really is the best host I've ever had, he made our trip with each of his recommendations and suggestions 1000% recommended and I will definitely look for one of your accommodations when I return to Guate
