Cleanliness & Comfort The room was impeccably clean, with modern decor and a very comfortable bed. I felt at home the moment I walked in. Although the train station is just nearby to the room but I dont feel the sound of the train affect my stay. Amenities The amenities were top-notch like WIFI, kitchen, washing machine. I especially enjoyed the availability parking during night night time , which made my stay even more special. Overall Experience Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, offers a perfect blend of comfort and fantastic service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Place was small and cozy but able to accommodate large group. About 15 minute walk to train station. Location is nice for Hakone.

On the day of fireworks, accommodation costs for nearby ryokans are soaring, but this time, it was a weekday price even on holidays, and it felt like a great deal. Originally, when I booked by mistake for a month, they responded by rescheduling, and they were willing to handle forgotten items, and communication was very smooth.Thank you very much.

It was a very pleasant trip! I made a last-minute request, but they handled it politely, and when I mentioned that I wanted to see the sunrise from the rooftop, they even told me what time it was.The hot springs were very pleasant, and the accommodation was comfortable, so we all said it was good that we stayed here. They helped me check in earlier than originally scheduled, and they quickly answered any questions I had along the way, making it easy to use. It was a really peaceful and quiet space that gave off a nostalgic feeling. The cherry blossoms and river in front of the house were very beautiful and I looked at them for a while. I had a very relaxing trip while feeling the sea breeze in a luxurious location, 30 seconds to the sea, right next to the Imperial Palace.My dog was very happy and enjoyed the walk.A very spacious house made with history and tradition and a bath with a cypress-inspired jacuzzi, refreshing at its best refreshment!It was also kept clean and well-equipped with amenities for living and cooking, and it was close to a supermarket and parking lot, so we had a pleasant time.Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy Hayama and Ichiko Coast!!

During our university spring break, we had the pleasure of staying in the Akatsuki room at Canvas, a place that truly felt like a home away from home. Surrounded by convenience stores, supermarkets, and a pharmacy, the location ensured we lacked for nothing. The Akatsuki room, which is pet-friendly and fully equipped, offered us all the comforts we could wish for. Given Canvas's prime location near the sea, we were just a short walk away from the beach. The winter seascape was stunningly beautiful, a view so mesmerizing that it alone makes extending your stay worthwhile. We highly recommend booking a longer stay to fully immerse yourself in the serene beauty and tranquility this place has to offer.

It was a perfect place to stay. This time, we stayed with a family of three, but the night view was beautiful because the weather was good, and there were no buildings around, so we had a very quiet time. It was the best time with an unobstructed view in the morning. Next time, I want to come with a large group, including friends and other families, and have a barbecue.

We stayed 7 nights and really loved the space. The kitchen was amazing and we were able to cook frequently; the laundry options were fantastic. The apartment is a great jumping off point for exploring the Kamakura area and there are several great restaurants nearby as well as a nicely stocked Lawsons. Our only complaint (and it is minimal) is that there wasn't a good place to gather and relax at the end of the day. Otherwise, the apartment had everything we needed. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again!

We stayed for 17 days.It is close to the station, very convenient to get to the city center, Yokohama, and Narita/Haneda Airport.There are many supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient.There was no problem communicating with the owner at all, and they responded immediately.I brought a large suitcase, so this place with an elevator was one of the clear conditions.There were kitchen utensils, toilet supplies, and almost everything I needed in the apartment.I'd love to stay here again next time if I get the chance.

We stayed one night the day before fishing.It was too spacious for two people to stay.The building itself is old, but it is kept clean. Also, the dressing room and bathroom were renovated and very clean. At night, the neighborhood was quiet and there was nothing in particular to worry about. There is also a convenience store within walking distance, and it is very convenient because it is just a short distance to the port.

Haletto house is clean, spacious, within a short walking distance from a local train station and a few steps from the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly rent it again.

Isao's place was very welcoming and the sea view was amazing. We stayed on the mattress instead of the futon. Mattress was fantastic and there were also enough blankets even when it was in the middle of winter.

Me and my daughter loved staying here. It had a traditional Japanese style room which we loved. It was a little cold, but we were given plenty of heaters and that helped. Located in a very quiet and cosy spot. We hired a car and drove from Tokyo, which I highly recommend if you visit. There is so much to see in the area if you have a car.

Very comfortable for a group of 10 pax . Although the walk to the station can be hard ( 15mins hilly climb) but the residential area was pretty and quiet . I would recommend this accommodation if you wish to be at a less crowded area .
