Welcome to Villa Björkenäs – our newly built, architect-designed and idyllic lakehouse that we are happy to share with guests. The house is situated in a secluded location in the woods, on a small headland by Lake Juven, offering a 270° view of the water, a private lakeside terrace, a jetty, a boat, and a panoramic sauna. The decor is modern and Scandinavian with new amenities, large sunny terraces. Good opportunities for fishing, bathing, canoeing/kayaking and skiing (cross country + Alpin) Only 7 km to Åseda with good shops and public transportation.

Larger swimming area 3 km. A separate bedroom with bunk bed and a sleeping loft with three beds. Large furnished patio with barbecue grill. Possibility to rent a canoe or boat in the nearby area and buy a fishing license for a day or week. Approximately 45 minutes' drive to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren's World, approximately 30 minutes to Virum Moose Park.

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with each a bunk bed, and a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. NOTE, washing machine is missing. Guests needs to bring own bed linen and towels. Access to a hot bath (39 degrees Celsius) all year round with circulation for purification. Use of a rowboat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free! ATTENTION, not for partying groups!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Welcome to our wonderful log cabin, located only 20 meters from a beautiful, small forest lake with its own jetty and boat. The cottage offers a fantastic large raised wooden terrace of 30 m2 with both a lounge seating and a dining area where you can barbecue and eat overlooking the lake. Enjoy the private sauna overlooking the lake, in the house with close connection to the log cabin. Inside the cabin, there is a fireplace where you can light a cozy fire in the evening.

Welcome to Torestorps Drängstuga - an ancient house in the heart of Småland! Here, real fairy tales, heroes, love, hard work and celebration live in the walls. The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Through a winding forest road, you will finally reach the destination, with the sea as your closest neighbor. As soon as you turn off the engine of the car and walk out the car door, you will encounter the wonderful nature, the sea and the silence that only such a place can provide. Here you live comfortably and nicely in a newly-renovated one-story house of 170 square meters with various amenities and with an outstanding view of the archipelago around Figeholm. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Access to own dock and rowboat by the Baltic Sea. See the forest and lake from the kitchen windows. The Ostkustleden passes by outside. To get here, you need a car. Parking for several cars. Our water in the well is our own well so the taste can vary if it is dry or wet on the hillside. A little browner some days which makes the shower and sink and toilet look a little brown. The water is, of course, drinkable. When charging an electric car, contact me.

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests make their own beds. Of course, there is a TV, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.
