Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept One bedroom, one bath lower level retreat. (Basement apartment). Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom with tub and organic toiletries, heated floors throughout (for those cool Montana mornings), stocked laundry room, small fenced side yard, patio and deck w/ seating.

This condo is a Gem in the heart of Missoula! Close to the University, right off the Hip Strip and within walking distance of all the fun! Walk across the bridge to the Wilma for a concert, get your bike and hit the trails, walk next door for great Italian, grab coffee across the street at the bakery. This is truly a gem and the perfect place for a romantic get away, a restful place for a weary business traveler, or the perfect accommodation for anyone who wants to be in the heart of it all!

The Cottage

This cozy cottage is located on a quiet street in the Target Range neighborhood of Missoula. It is adjacent to a main house, but it is completely private and self-sufficient. The cottage can be accessed by a lockbox, allowing guests to check-in as they please. This is tiny home living. Additional guests are not recommended. The cottage is also available for 30+ day rentals. Message the host for pricing and availability. No smoking or vaping on the premise, no parties or events, no pets.

Maple Leaf Suite

Steve and Diane would love to welcome you to our home. You will have a separate entrance to the top floor consisting of two large bedrooms and a four piece bath. We offer a small fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee facilities. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. We are a 25 minute walk to the Griz games and are willing to arrange a private shuttle service to the games if available. We do restrict on parties, pets and children under 10.

You're just a 30-minute leisurely stroll away from the picturesque Riverfront & the vibrant heart of downtown Missoula, where an array of dining, shopping & entertainment options await. The beautiful Pattee Canyon hiking and biking trails are merely a 5-minute drive away. Not suitable for families with young toddlers.

Independent ground floor guest suite of Log Home. Private estate surrounded by old growth Ponderosa pine forest. Two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom, living room, and full custom walnut kitchen with all new stainless appliances and a laundry room. Very peaceful, secure and quiet. The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. We are Pet friendly.

Enjoy watching the fire dance at the campfire circle by the creek. Great hiking trails close by, and just 20 miles to Lolo Hot Springs and 4 miles to a restaurant/saloon. This is a space to truly unwind, as there is no cell phone coverage, but there is limited WiFi. Chef cooked breakfast available (costs extra).
