Ideal for family vacations! 10 minutes from Acadian Village and 20 minutes from Caraquet, the summer festival capital. Whether it's to relax or go play in the sand, you'll find the true definition of the word vacation! So I invite you to this cottage in Maisonnette to discover the Acadian region and its famous sandy beaches.

Nice studio-style apartment in Shippagan

Nice fully renovated studio-style apartment located in a basement, with private entrance and parking. The entrance to access it is on the opposite side of the area used by the owners. The bedroom has a King bed and a small living area. It has a full kitchen and a workspace. Located 2 minutes from downtown and all services. It should be noted that the accommodation is located within my house (separated by a locked door) and we live upstairs.

With sea views but without direct access, you will still hear the sound of the sea and can savor its salty scent when you are on the large patio with a large mosquito net area. However, access is possible, very close at the end of the street. There is also a space to make a fire to liven up your evenings. A great opportunity to go cycling (summer and fall) and snowmobiling (the rest of the year...).

Rustic cottage near the sea. At the back of the Chalet, you have a path (2-minute walk) that will take you to a nice sitting area facing the sea. In this rest area, you have a place to make a campfire and you also have a gazebo to relax. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bunk bed that can accommodate 4 people.
