This private lodging is located in Katsushika Ward, where you can get away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, so you can get a good night's sleep and it will surely help you recover from your travels! We have replaced all the appliances in the room, such as the air conditioner and refrigerator, with new ones. Although there is a total floor space of 70 ㎡ in the 3LDK, we have intentionally set the maximum capacity to 6 people, and have created a relaxed living space by placing only one double bed in each of the three rooms on the second floor. Please let me know in advance if you'll be using 6 or more people and I'll have a folding bed ready. There are also 24-hour convenience stores and supermarkets within a 10-minute walk, making it easy to get daily necessities, so you can stay comfortably even for long periods. There is also free parking on the premises for 2 small cars or 1 regular car. We can also accommodate sightseeing and business trips by car. There are multiple bus stops within a 5-minute walk, and you can go directly to JR Kanamachi Station, Kameari Station, and Keisei Line Kanamachi Station in about 20 minutes by bus. You can get to the city center within an hour from the station. This is a calm, private rental accommodation with a modern, minimalist design and traditional Japanese beauty. It has a workspace so it is suitable for a work base and long-term stays. It is also easy to access from the airport and the city center, and is ideal for families, couples, and groups in an environment where you can feel nature and tranquility. The Hokuso Line is a 14-minute walk from my accommodation. Kita-Kokubun Station has good access to tourist attractions such as Skytree and Asakusa. There are many parks and greenery in the surrounding area, so you can take a walk with your children and pets and feel the nature. There are many supermarkets in front of the station, and you can go shopping for everyday items quickly by bicycle. It is also a good base for shopping in Nihonbashi and Ginza, and for going to Tokyo Disneyland, making it a good base for various sightseeing. To get to the nearest station, cross the new Katsushika Bridge over the golf course while looking out over the Edogawa River. Rental cycles are also available on site, so please use them to go back and forth to Kanamachi Station (first 30 minutes 160 yen: HELLOCYCLING pre-registration required. You need to check the availability of the return location each time: you can reserve the return location after you start using it). There is also a direct bus to Matsudo Station (1-minute walk from the Matsudo Tennis Club bus stop). You can also enjoy a riverside walk along the golf course (morning walk, etc.) to Edogawa in a 3-minute walk.
