House vacation rentals in Mirto Crosia

Another great stay at Pietros place .As our previous visit we found the house well presented, very-clean and ready for our visit. I previously left a post two years ago about our first stay and not a lot has changed in our opinion. You find a well equipped kitchen, a spacious property that is now fitted with slide door mosquito nets which is a great addition . AC added to one other bedroom, one previous,and the pool area upgraded with a covered seating area where you can look out to sea or the hills opposite. My elderly in laws along with ourselves drove up and down the hill,mountain,not sure which! we had two cars . If you want to get away from it all , with a private pool yet 15 minute drive to the supermarket and beach beyond id recommend this place . A car , vehicle is essential for this home!! We also drove to Pizzo and had a day at Tropea about 1.45 in a car, easily accessed and well worth the visit for a day trip. Beaches in Amentea are sand covered and the sea is lovely with a gradient in the water that doesn’t drop off too sharply, in my opinion!. We used the public beach under umbrellas and occasionally went to one of the many restaurant, lidos for lunch. Parking is also easy on the roads opposite .We parked mainly in town as we were always late to the beach ,preferring poolside until midday , this meant that beach front parking had gone by the time we arrived.Even so a 5 minute stroll to the beach . So yes, if you like space, stunning views, a pool at hand and a quieter tranquil side to your holiday id recommend this home as there cant be many like it for location!

Idéal pour une famille nombreuse et se reposer. Endroit paisible. Hôte très accueillante, réactive et disponible. Manque cependant un peu d’équipement dans la cuisine. Grande piscine profonde Bien penser que l’électricité est à payer en plus. Prix du KWh plus élevé qu’en France

Ein wunderschönes Haus in einer schönen ruhigen Umgebung, in dem nichts fehlt. Wunderschöner Pool und gepflegtes drinnen und draußen. Alessandra und ihr Mann Maurizio sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Sie haben uns super Tipps zu Restaurants, Locations, Stränden und vieles mehr gegeben. Ich kann sie nur jedem weiterempfehlen!

è stato un piacere stare 15 gg nella bella casa dell agriturismo di Salvatore. fresca, spaziosa, ben arredata con gusto e con tutto quel che serve. in 15 min si raggiungono bellissime spiagge libere o attrezzate. la Sila è vicina e anche Cosenza si raggiunge in meno di un'ora. Salvatore poi è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. 20 e lode su tutti i fronti

I had a great experience at Casa Vacanze La Rosa Dei Venti! Sylvia and her mother Maria were incredible hosts. They left us fruit, coffee and breakfast pastries and brought us fresh tomato’s from their garden. The house was clean, comfortable and right in the center of town. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Terranova di Pollino and I will definitely be back!

L'alloggio è disposto su tre livelli, con spazi adeguati e rifiniti con cura anche nei piccoli dettagli, il piano superiore dedicato alla zona notte dispone di un bagno di grandi dimensioni, la pietra lasciata a vista e le grandi travi di legno danno un senso di calore, legame e rispetto del luogo e della sua storia gli arredi tipo contemporaneo scelti con gusto, nel loro contrasto donano eleganza a tutta la struttura ed estrema piacevolezza nel soggiornarvi. La posizione è assolutamente strategica, a circa 10km dal mare cristallino della Piana di Sibari, ed a circa mezz'ora ai luoghi suggestivi del Parco del Pollino, il paese è abbracciato ad una delle più belle "timpe" del Pollino pur essendo in riva al mare, viverlo restituisce chi vi soggiorna la bellezza delle piccole cose ed un senso di umanità che riempie l'anima. L'host si è dimostrata presente e discreta, quindi praticamente perfetta, è un luogo che già ci manca!

Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, l'unica pecca è che non c'era la TV.

Wir waren zu 5 dort- 3 Erwachsene ein Kind und ein Kleinkind und waren im Mai dort- Vorsaison- am Strand fast die Einzigen und die Nächte noch ruhig. Vor der Nase erstreckt sich ein sicherer Fahrradweg auf dem man ein Stück die Küste entlangfahren könnte oder spatzieren auf der Promenade. Es gibt neben den angrenzenden Lidi auch eine Pineta mit freiem, wilden Strand. Das Meer ist lange laaangge nicht tief und deshalb super für Kleinkinder. Als wir ankamen war ein feiner Minestrone auf dem Herd und zweierlei Pizza im Ofen😍. Im Kühlschrank hat Patrizia weitere Leckereien für uns bereitgestellt- das war sehr Nett! Es hat sogar ein wenig Sandsachen und einen Ombrellone. Im Wohnzimmer hat es viele Bücher für gross und Klein- am Meisten haben wir die wunderbare Terrasse genossen- viele Pflanzen verspielte Details und die beiden Hollywoodschaukeln haben uns verzaubert und tiefenentspannt. Habitación muy bien equipada y recién remodelada, para una persona o una pareja, un excelente anfitrión con muchísimas amabilidades y detalles personales. Recomendado!
