From the start Alex was a great host, meeting us at the apartment with little notice, kindly assisting us with all the luggage we came with and providing useful advice about the area. Alexys residence is a great place to stay, the location is great at the limit of midtown, with the trams and bus not too far away and the convenience around you won't need much more than what there already is. Realy cozy and central placed apartment, in the evening the view over the town is lovely. The communication with the host was very useful and easy. When we will come back in Iași, for sure we will book it again!

Multumim pentru amabilitate! Zona este excelenta, cu vedere spre palat, iar gazda ne-a ajutat cu check inul. Vom reveni cu placere.

Quiet area with private parking. The coffee machine in the entrance was a big plus for us. worth the money 👍

Totul a fost cum ar trebui. Nu au fost probleme cu căldura sau apa calda, curățenie, lenjerii curate. Singurul minus (dar mic) ar fi apa care rămâne după dus în jurul toaletei, trebuie utilizat un prosop constant

The place was very clean, cozy and within easy proximity to city centre. The host Dan was very responsive, answered very quickly to my booking. Thank you, we had a lovely stay. Will use again if I will need a place in Iaşi.
