Vacation rentals with a patio in Miranda

Despite booking last minute the place was immaculate and was ideal for our stay in Sydney. This place had everything you could need and the location is nearby to both the beach and train station.

Does what it says on the tin. Absolutely prime spot looking out onto shark island, with a perfect balcony for people watching on the esplanade. Lovely interior, perfect beach vibes with the bedroom windows positioned just right to wake up to sunrise over Cape Solander. And easy walk to the nun's pool for a winter dip! Honestly the photos don't really do it justice, one of my top AirBNBs I've stayed in over the years and will keep it on my list of go-tos.

Lexi’s place is a must stay. The homely feeling of the interior design makes you feel right at home. Just a short walk to Bondi Beach to enjoy everything it offers. I wish I could stay longer!! Just perfect.

Great apartment with the most amazing views: we were lucky enough to be there on the opening night of the Vivid festival so had the harbour lit up at night and a fireworks display right in front of us over the harbour. 10 minute walk to the Kirribilli ferry which is one stop from Circular Quay and 5 minutes to the cafes and shops at Kirribilli. Easy communication and access to the apartment and everything very clean. (If you are a coffee drinker bring your own device.) Highly recommended for a quintessential Sydney experience.

We had a great stay. The place was perfectly suited to our needs, comfortable, and in a fantastic location within walking distance to the beach, shops, and train station. The beds were very comfy, and there was plenty of bedding provided. The host was friendly, responsive, and happily accommodated our early evening arrival. The complex was quiet , and we especially enjoyed the ocean views from the balcony. Would happily stay again.

I stayed at Simon's place for 6 weeks and had an amazing experience. The space was incredibly cozy, private, and relaxed, making me feel right at home from the start. Simon and Sacha were fantastic hosts, always accommodating any requests and ensuring I had everything I needed. The place has a private entrance, which gives a real sense of privacy, and there's a lovely little table where you can enjoy your morning coffee. It's located in the peaceful southern part of town, just a short 15-minute walk to the train station and close to the beautiful Royal National Park. Falling asleep to the sounds of birds and waking up to a beautiful garden view was a highlight of my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and recharge. Highly recommended!

The house was very clean and modern with quality appliances. There were views across the water of the Georges River mouth from the elevated verandas. The owners were friendly and their little doggy was so cute and playful. Overall, a very good place to stay.

This place is absolutely fantastic and there’s nothing to fault at all! The design of the whole place is well thought out and clean. The location is incredibly beautiful. George, Patrick and Dave were super responsive and helpful with any enquiries we had. It was a wonderful stay overall and my entire family had so much fun, they can not wait to come back already. I had so many friends asking for the Airbnb listing after seeing the pictures of the place so I can only assume how hard it would be to book this place in the future! Thomas’s place was central to Sydney city, but enough in the suburbs that it was quiet and peaceful outside. The bnb is the back of a Mosman property, small but has everything you need. The family has two small children so can be a little noisy of an evening but it really isn’t anything to be worried about, nights are quiet . The bed and couches were comfy and breakfast was provided for you. No extra sink/ washing up liquid to wash kitchen things, which was a little odd. But the bathroom one would be suffice if you were staying more than one night. The bedroom has a heater/ac and is spacious enough for two adults. Overall, the place is exactly what I was looking for, for one night.

Location, location, location! Charlotte’s place in Tamarama is an absolute gem. It has everything you could possibly need, with the most spectacular views and what truly feels like your own private beach. The home is spacious, super comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay. Charlotte was incredibly accommodating she made our late check-in seamless and was so helpful throughout. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much, Charlotte!

Mira's place is fantastic. It has everything you need and was clean and well organised. It is close to public transport, eateries, groceries and the city. We had a great long weekend there.

I would like to say this is a home away from home! The beautiful comfortable apartment is located 10min walking distance away from the central shops , restaurants, bars, shopping mall and train station! Tidy and clean apartment with essential facilities! It’s quiet and comfortable! Well recommended for travelers who like tidy and clean, private and comfortable living space!

Nice little place. Centrally located, quiet, and convenient to a ton of restaurants and pubs. Easy to go downtown, easy to go to the seaside, easy access to morning running paths and a plethora of cafes.

Beautiful penthouse room. So cheap considering the big outdoor penthouse area and amazing views. Didn’t know how to get into reception on initial check in, doors were locked and the concierge ignored us, had to wait for someone else to walk into the building to be let in. Other than that, really enjoyed our stay.

I loved my stay at Malcolm's house - felt like home right away! The location is excellent - walking distance to Newtown, Annandale, Glebe and of course Camperdown just around the corder. Buses right outside the door. Really nice private apparently, despite being in a big block of flats! Malcolm was absolutely lovely - really responsive, and left bread and milks and eggs - so lovely! I will definitely stay here again :)

I've rented Brendan's apartment a few times the past few years. It's in a great location, a Central station entrance is right next door, and plenty of local eateries nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean as always and has everything you need for a long stay (washer, dryer, ironing board, reliable Internet, tv connections). Highly recommended!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.
