We loved the location and stay. Super clean house, excellent communication, restaurants and beaches near by. Will stay here again. I would recommend taking soap and shampoo, kitchen is well stocked.

The house was spectacular! It had everything we needed, everything worked perfectly, and it was super clean. The hosts were attentive and kind, addressing all our questions promptly. It was extremely comfortable, and the view was breathtaking. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

I loved the place. John was an excellent communicator. I stayed with 2 children, 5 years old and 8 years old, and it was super safe for them. We will definitely be back. Thanks John, we won't see each other again!!!

Not everyone who goes to Puerto Rico seeks solitude. We did and Sammy’s place provided just that. It was a remarkable stay. I would be remiss not to mention that we experienced an island-wide power outage. Sammy provided a generator and was very attentive to our needs during that time. We ended up leaving a day early (our choice) as it was unclear how long the outage would last and the downstream issues that might occur at the airport. Sammy’s place provided exactly what he promised, and we had a lovely time.

Everything was great, we were only going for 3 nights and we stayed 5 because we were so happy there. Mailyn had no problem adding nights for us and communication was fluid the whole time.

I was Finding Peace and Tranquility and The Place was perfect to find it.. I Lovet💝!!

We arrived at the villa in the midst of a power outage across the entire island of Puerto Rico. Zac and his team did everything necessary to ensure we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay amidst the ongoing electrical emergency. We truly have to congratulate them and thank them for their attentiveness and anticipation of any needs we might have. The pool was very clean and the villa has a beautiful view. We created priceless memories. The kitchen is a restaurant quality. Highly recommend villa and Zac team.

We had the opportunity to stay at Wanda's Sea Breeze Paradise for three weeks from 10 -31 January. The home is in a great peaceful location and had everything needed for an extended stay. The swimming pool in back was a great respite after a day at the beach. The second toilet near the pool came in handy as did the outdoor shower. Wanda was very responsive when needed.

Very comfortable place, the perfect place to share with family and friends. I definitely recommend it.

Sam was incredibly responsive. He was really helpful. The place feels really secluded, but it’s a 5 minute drive from great restaurants and a grocery. We spent most of our time on the back porch, enjoying the sound of the water and watching the wild life. We loved it there!

Antonio's place is a little paradise in a fishing village. the rest of the area is not great looking, but there are great fresh fish and lobster shops super close. the apt is super clean and so are the grounds around his place. You are right on the water surrounded by mangroves and docks. Lots of birds calling. One negative for me were the biting insects that left me with welts, but my husband didn't have this issue. Bug spray would have prevented this. Well worth the price because of location.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful studio apartment, just a short 5-minute drive from Joyuda, and it was absolutely perfect for my getaway. The location was ideal close enough to the beach and some of the best restaurants in the area. The apartment itself was a cozy retreat, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with every amenity needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the variety of dining options nearby, offering something for every taste. This studio apartment serves as an excellent home base for exploring Joyuda and its beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of the area!
