We had a great time at Mr Alcibiades’ apartment in Costa Nova - it is exactly as shown in the pictures and described by other guests. Being close by the beach and the fish market was amazing! Samuel is very attentive and pleasant. Always attentive to any need . The apartment is good for three people and some more, is fresh, and everything you need to spend a few days.

The house is tastefully decorated, it has everything you might need, starting with the kitchen with all the utensils you can imagine, and a living room with games, TV and some comfortable sofas. Definitely, it's as if you were at home.

Very nice stay. Very well located apartment close to the glicinias with a supermarket, restaurants and shops. Forum aveiro is not far either. Very clean building with parking space, elevator... João gave us special touches: juice, milk, fruit... The negative points or to be improved: sofa in poor condition and quite loud train noise. I plan to come back if I get a chance.

Really convenient location in Costa Nova with plenty of parking all around. The apt is very new, well decorated and clean. We really appreciated having en suites in each bedroom. Pedro was very responsive and helpful.

Absolutely loved staying in this beautiful space during my time in Aveiro! The home is so clean, modern, and calming. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were squeaky clean! Not to mention, you have the beach right in your backyard! The location is also very walkable to shops and restaurants.. even played mini golf spontaneously. Definitely a more relaxed and less touristy part of Portugal which I really enjoyed! The host met us upon arrival to check us in and show us the place, he was very friendly and accommodating when we asked for 2 rooms instead of 1. Highly recommend!

Luis is very attentive, and the stay is very pleasant. The only drawback is that being so close to the sea, the musty smell and the cold of the place upon arrival were unpleasant. By the third day, the smell of humidity was barely noticeable, but that's what you get for being so close to the sea. Otherwise, everything was very good. Recommended accommodation.

Rosa is a super affectionate and empathetic person Her son also took phenomenal with us and was looking forward to telling us almost every day to tell us places to see eating etc . thank you for everything you made us a stay as if we were in our home

Large, comfortable and very well furnished house, perfect for families. It is in a quiet residential area that allows you to make a base to see the surroundings. Ana is super attentive. We were very comfortable.

We loved the house, we went in Family and we enjoyed every corner. In addition to all the history and memory that the house represents, it is in a great location, we need to share it with the Tourists who stay Taking photos. The kitchen area and renovated and equipped bathrooms. Even with slightly cloudy days and some rain, we enjoyed it a lot and We had fun in Family.

This is a very nice property, especially if you have a big family traveling together. Lots of rooms and bathrooms and very close to the beach. Would definitely recommend to people traveling in a big group to enjoy some family time together. Communication with the hosts was good.

Pedro's place was brilliant, thoughtfully furnished with everything that you could need for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and tidy. Really comfortable large master bed. Short distance from Central Aveiro. Pedro was an extremely responsive and friendly host and was always available to answer my questions. A great experience - I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Took Christine's property as our base from which to attend a wedding and explore near by Aveiro and further. Five kids and adults where in our party who absolutely loved the large heated pool. Highly recommend and I would happily return. Love from Greg and the family. Obrigado!

Great place met all our expectations

Modern minimalist accommodation in an Art Nouveau city was a great dichotomy. Dark moody dramatic vibes to the interior. Excellent modern artistic touches that evoked local themes. Balcony overlooks a busy motorway across a canal but noise was not an issue with windows closed. Blackout curtains made for a very comfortable sleep. Lots of space for us to do a complete luggage repack before continuing on our driving tour. Free parking across the canal was convenient. Highly recommended Mercantel restaurant just a few steps along the canal.

Excellent! A very nice place to go on vacation. The house is beautiful , with everything we need to spend a few weeks on vacation . The view we have of the Ocean is wonderful. Mr. António is very attentive . I highly recommend it.

We had a very nice stay at Rosa's apartment. There was nothing missing. The kitchen is superbly equipped. The view of the ocean is simply breathtaking.

Ana is a very friendly host. She gave clear instructions about how to get to the appartment and always answered my questions. The appartment was very nice and clean. It is located at walking distance from the ferry to Aveiro.
