Welcome to “Point Beithe” (birch point in Gaelic). This beautiful home sits on its own point surrounded by 180° of Mira River waterfront age. You will also enjoy access to your own small private island that is connected by a shallow sand bar. Sit out on the large deck or floating dock to enjoy the views of the river, launch kayaks, paddle boards, and swim. We have signed up for the strongest internet service offered in the area (Starlink). Cellular reception is not great in the area.

If you’re joining us in the summer we are only 1.5min from east bay sand bar an amazing beach and 3min from the walking trails:) complete with fire pit and large back deck.

It is a lovely, quiet, rural setting, along the shores of Sydney Harbour. Very centrally located between the city of Sydney and surrounding towns. Our cozy cottage is located in Mira Gut, NS. Come enjoy the front patio with a beautiful view of Mira Bay! There is a private beach across the street or try Mira Gut provincial park beach approximately 1 km down the road. There is a children’s play structure onsite. The cottage has been newly renovated and is very modern and tastefully decorated - a true oasis!
